In this study,the content of polysaccharides,total phenols and saponins in bulbs,leaves,flower buds and buds of Lilium lancifolium Thunb was determined using the material of L.lancifolium Thunb in Nyingchi,and the law of changes in active substances in the growth and development stages of Lilium was obtained.By comparing the basic nutrients and 17 kinds of amino acids between different varieties of Lilium,the holistic evaluation is carried out.Achieved the following results:1.The accumulation of polysaccharides and saponins in the bulbs of L.lancifolium Thunb with the growth years of 3 years was higher than that in the bulbs with other growth years.The content of total phenol in rhizoma trichoderma bulbs increased gradually with the growth time,but it was not significant.The content of polysaccharides and saponins in the bulb of L.lancifolium Thunb in different periods was higher than that in the bulb of rhizoma trichoderma in the same period.2.During the whole growth cycle,at different growth and development stages,the contents of polysaccharides,saponins and total phenols in the bulbs of L.lancifolium Thunb have obvious accumulation and consumption processes.The polysaccharide substance(green bud stage)first appeared in the bulbs of Lilium candidum,the phenolic substance(red bud stage I),and the saponin substance(red bud stage II).The consumption of various substances in the bulb is mainly in the bud stage,followed by a small consumption in the flowering stage.The changes of these three types of substances in the bulb,the content of polysaccharides changed significantly(P < 0.05),and the content of phenols and saponins did not change significantly.3.The content of polysaccharides in leaves and buds of L.lancifolium Thunb changed significantly.From the beginning of the bud stage to the flowering stage,the polysaccharide content continues to increase and that is used for the development of the leaves;from the flowering stage to the harvesting stage,the polysaccharide content gradually decreases,and the polysaccharide content in the buds at the same development period is significantly higher than that of the leaves.The phenolic substances in the buds increased throughout the cycle,but the increase was not significant.The content of phenolics in the leaves gradually increased from the current bud stage to the red bud stage I and reached the highest value,and gradually decreased from the red bud stage I to the harvest stage.The saponin content in the buds reached the highest during the flowering period,and the saponin content in the leaves has been decreasing throughout the growth and development period.Of these three types of substances,only the polysaccharide content changed significantly(P < 0.05).4.The change rule of polysaccharides and saponins in L.lancifolium Thunb increases first and then decreases.The polysaccharides in Lilium reach the maximum during the red bud stage,and the saponin substances reach the maximum during the red bud stage II.Phenolics reached their maximum during the flowering period.The polysaccharides changed significantly throughout the cycle(P < 0.05),and the changes of other substances were more stable.5.The polysaccharide content in the bulbs of L.lancifolium Thunb reached a maximum value of 0.1432(g / g)at the green bud stage,and the leaves,flowers,and bulbs reached the maximum value at the flowering stage.As the main harvesting organ of Lilium,the polysaccharide content in bulb is significantly higher than other organs.The content of saponins in lilies is significantly higher than that of bulbs and other organs,and reaches the maximum during the flowering period.The content of phenols in lilies and leaves is higher than bulbels and bulbs.6.By comparing the basic nutrients of different types of Lilium,the relationship of starch content of these types of lilies is as follows:Lilium brownii var.viridulum from Hunan > L.lancifolium Thunb from Anhui > L.lancifolium Thunb from Nyingchi outside > Lilium davidii var.unicolor Cotton from Lanzhou > L.lancifolium Thunb from Nyingchi greenhouse.The relationship of total sugar content is: Lilium davidii var.unicolor Cotton from Lanzhou > Lilium brownii var.viridulum from Hunan > L.lancifolium Thunb from Anhui > L.lancifolium Thunb from Nyingchi outside > L.lancifolium Thunb from Nyingchi greenhouse.The relationship of reducing sugar content is: L.lancifolium Thunb from Nyingchi greenhouse.> L.lancifolium Thunb from Anhui > Lilium brownii var.viridulum from Hunan > L.lancifolium Thunb outside.The relationship of crude protein content is: L.lancifolium Thunb from Nyingchi greenhouse > Lilium brownii var.viridulum from Hunan >L.lancifolium Thunb from Nyingchi outside > L.lancifolium Thunb from Anhui > Lilium brownii var.viridulum from Hunan.7.By testing the amino acids in these types of lilies,we can found that 17 kinds of amino acids that make up proteins are detected,including 8 kinds of essential amino acids.There is little difference in amino acid content between these types of lilies.Compared with other lilies,the amino acid RAA value of L.lancifolium Thunb is relatively close to 1,so the amino acids of L.lancifolium Thunb are more balanced.8.Through cluster analysis and principal component analysis of the nutritional components of these types of lilies,it was found that the nutritional components of Lilium lancifolium Thunb from different origins were stable.Among the five types of lilies,the nutritive value of L.lancifolium Thunb from Anhui and Lilium brownii var.viridulum from Hunan are better. |
