| This paper take 6-year-old Ziziphus jujuba Mill cv.’Junzao’ as the experimental object,the fruit morphology,peel color and fruit quality of ’Junzao’ were investigated and analyzed combined with the methods of field measurement and laboratory index measurement under three planting patterns in Shapotou district.We will studied the effect of different intercropping modes on the fruit characteristics of ’Junzao’ in Zhongwei,Ningxia.To provide practical guidance and theoretical support for the improvement of intercropping efficiency of Jujube and melon in sandy land.The main results are as follows:1.Under the three intercropping modes,the longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter and single fruit weight of Junzao increased gradually with the fruit ripening.Under the mode of sand pressing+coated melon+jujube tree,the vertical and horizontal diameter and single fruit weight of jujube fruit were significantly higher than the other two planting modes,and the vertical diameter was 8.32%and 15.86%higher than that of sand loam+coated melon+jujube+jujube model,and the cross diameter was 13.50%and 21.90%higher than that of sand loam and jujube tree,the single fruit weight was 31.75%and 35.66%higher.The fruit shape index decreased gradually with the growth and development of fruit.At the mature stage,the fruit shape index of sand mulching+film mulched melon+jujube model was the lowest,which was 1.78.Therefore,under the planting mode of sand mulching+film mulched melon+jujube,it is easier to promote the formation of good appearance of Junzao fruit.2.With the maturity of Junzao fruit,the contents of chlorophyll,carotenoid and flavonoid in the pericarp of Junzao fruit decreased,while the content of anthocyanin increased gradually,and reached the highest value at maturity.According to the changes of fruit color parameters,the C value(coloring intensity)and H value of color parameters of Junzao in the mode of sand mulching+film mulched melon+jujube tree at fruit maturity stage were significantly higher than those in the mode of sand mulching+film mulched melon+jujube tree.The °h value(Comprehensive chromaticity)is the highest,the coloring is the best,and it has more commercial value.3.Compared with the sand loam+coated melon+ jujube planting mode and the sand loam+jujube planting mode,the water content of jujube fruit increased significantly in the mode of sand pressing+coated melon+jujube tree,and the content of soluble solid,soluble sugar and titratable acid were at a higher level,which contributed to the accumulation of sugar and acid,and the taste of fruit was sour. |
