This study was focused on the mechanism and control strategy of Jun jujube fruit cracking in Aksuregion, the moisture content, the microscopic structurd of peel and pulp, the content change ofmacroelement and race element and race elements, were examined, and the relationship beteen fruitcracking and environment facrors was also analyzed. The results were shown as follows:1.There are two fruit cracking peaks appear in white-mature period and crisp-ripe period mainly, thefruit cracking form were divided into two kinds based on the after rain and sunburn conditions, the mode offruit cracking falls into4types, such as longitudinal cracks ring cracks and longitudinal ring+cracksirregular cracks, the longitudinal cracks types accounted for the major proportion, all the three differentflowering phase jujube fruit, the large fruit cracking rate higher than small fruit in the first fruit crackingpeak, while the rate were contrary in the second stages.2.Once the water absorption of jujube fruit reaches its maximum value, means to meet the conditionsof fruit cracking; when this phenomenon of fruit cracking occurs, the function of conveying water to jujubeby fruit roots absorbed that triggered fruit cracking is limited, the over ground parts include jujube fruitsand leaves absorbs water playing a leading role in enhancing the fruit cracking rate, the major outbreaks offruit cracking break out was linked to the precipitation level and how long the water contact tome of fruitsurfaces; A preliminary deduction is: flow of water has the potential ability to caused fruit cracking, there isno direct correlation between cracking and water flow.3. There are no obvious that the fruit cracking is link to the biological features epicuticular of wax andcuticle, while the jujube fruit cracking are related to pericarp cells arranged the number of vascular bundleand empty cavity; the more pulp cells arranged closely, the bundle and empty cavity distribute massively,the fruit cracking happening more easily.4. The growth-accelerating materials which play a dominant role in stimulating jujube growth in thefirst fruit cracking peak, the growth-inhibiting substances be closely related to fruit cracking, the pulp maybe growing due to the growth-accelerating materials accumulating, promoting to break the balance ofhormone ratio, caused jujube fruit grow abnormally.5. The contents of nitrogen phosphorus potassium is not correlate to fruit, but the contents of calciumin cracking fruit pulp is lower than the normal fruit, there was a significant difference between the two,calcium affects to the happen of cracking, the shortage of calcium is the main factors to trigger fruitcracking.6. The effect of Monthly average temperature, temperature differences, atmosphere moisture andrainfall composed on fruit cracking rate was especially significant, the four factors are all linked to eachother, which has an impact on the cracking rate.7. Spraying exogenous hormone IAA and ABA could not effectively alleviate fruit crackinglarge-scale take place, and spraying calcium, spiral girdling, covering after irrigation and usingwater-resistant measures are efficient way to reduce the mass of fruit cracking.
