| After field harvest,the corn stover should be recycled with baler,and the square baled stover should be broken and kneaded.The small straw-bale kneading machine can’t be used to break and knead the straws.The large straw-bale kneading machine cannot be used to move the straws due to its large type,which is not suitable for the light and simplified equipment requirements of small and medium-sized farmers to deal with the straws wrapped locally.In order to solve the problem that the small silk kneading machine cannot handle the square bale straw,this paper designs a light and simple adjustable feeding device.The main research contents and work are as follows:(1)The design scheme combining the breaking knife roller and the transfer chain plate is adopted to carry out the breaking feeding of straw wrapped by the other side,and the 3D model of adjustable feeding device is drawn in Solidworks software.(2)Theoretical analysis was carried out on the fracture of the breaking cutter roller and the feeding and cutting of the square bale straw.The structural parameters of the saw disc cutter were calculated,and the appropriate adjustment interval of the feeding height in the direction of the square bale straw was obtained.The assembly scheme of saw disc cutter and saw disc cutter was designed,and the ratio of speed of saw disc cutter roller and speed of transfer chain plate was determined.(3)The discrete element bimodal distribution model of square bale straw was established by using EDEM software,which realized the simulation analysis of the process of breaking bale straw feeding of the adjustable feeding device;Single factor test and Box-Behnken center test were used to analyze the influences of the speed of the breaker roller,the feeding height and the number of saw disk cutters on the bonding bond breakage rate and the average particle velocity.The experimental results show that when the feeding height is 268 mm,the rotating speed of the breaking cutter roller is 1448 r/min,and the number of saw disc cutters is 14 pieces,the adjustable feeding device has a better feeding effect.(4)Verify the conclusion of the simulation test through the field test of the adjustable feeding device.Choose bag broken knife roller speed,feed speed,feed height as test factors,the straw silk rate and calibration unit power productivity as the test index,Box-Behnken experimental optimization: feeding speed 1.14 m/s,feeding height 268 mm,bag broken knife roller speed 1450 r/min,the straw silk rate reached 98.76%,the calibration unit power productivity of 268.3 kg/(k W·h),installation work,the more stable feeding performance good,meet the design requirements.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical reference for the structural design of the square bale corn straw kneading machine and promote the utilization of corn straw in localization. |
