| According to the investigation of processing machine about rubbing straws, 9R-40 Tearing Chopper as sample which was produced by Inner Mongolia Agricultural University was analyzed. Rubbing mechanism ,working ability and process were developed through kinematics,aerodynamics and so on. Then, rotation velocity of principle axis, the rate of containing moisture, hammers, parameters of rack were main reasons influencing working capabilities for analyzing results. The level of factors were evaluated and single factor test was doned. Rules of kinds of factors were found. Based on above, different types of hammers and racks were produced. The tests of rotation velocity, numbers of hammers, the thickness of hammer and clearance between hammer end and rack were finished by orthodox test. The optimized combination of all kinds of factors were found byanalysis of variance,the regression equations of all factors were listed by using regression analysis. Finally the optimized were confirmed, it is conclude that trapezium hammer, rotation velocity of principle axis 2515rpm, 30 hammers,14 racks, 3mm thickness of hammer and 22mm of clearance.
