Traditional solar greenhouses in China are mainly used to artificially irrigate and fertilize crops.However,due to the lack of scientific theory of fertilization and fertilization by farmers,water and fertilizer are wasted.The integrated water and fertilizer system can dissolve fertilizers into water to form fertilizer liquid,and then fertilize according to demand,thereby improving the utilization rate.At present,the domestic intelligent water-fertilizer integrated system is relatively backward,and most of them are poorly universal,and cannot realize the intelligent intelligent ratio of fertilizers and the automatic ratio of solid fertilizers.Therefore,research on the key technology of accurate matching and research on a small and mobile intelligent water-fertilizer integrated system that can meet the needs of farmers in China are of theoretical significance and application value to the development of modern agriculture.This paper mainly studies the precision and efficiency of fertilizer and water supply and the problem of fertilization in the integrated water and fertilizer system.The research contents are as follows:1.The principle of fertilization and fertilization are analyzed in detail,the process of weighing and fertilizing is analyzed,the reasons for the errors are analyzed,and the mathematical model of fertilization is established.The iterative learning algorithm is used to reduce the errors in the process of fertilization and make a reasonable Overall design plan.2.Analyze the proportioning process of the fertilizing unit,focusing on two issues in the proportioning process,namely speed and accuracy,and propose to apply fuzzy adaptive PID control to the fast feeding stage,and use fuzzy control in the slow feeding stage.Design the control process according to the fertilizer distribution unit and establish a mathematical model.In this paper,only the simulation analysis of the fast blanking stage control is performed.The proposed fuzzy adaptive PID has the characteristics of faster response and less overshoot than the traditional PID control.3.According to control requirements and schemes,select the hardware required for the system.At the same time,the lower computer operation program and the upper computer control and monitoring program are designed.The monitoring software can realize the system operation monitoring,historical data query,real-time curve display and fault alarm.The system has stable operation,and its functions and performance can meet the needs of solar greenhouse crops.The system’s working test environment is introduced,and experiments are performed on the solid fertilizer unit and the irrigation fertilization unit.First,the accuracy and errors of the solid fertilizer prepared by the fertilizer machine are analyzed,and then the stability anderrors of the real-time monitoring of the second dilution of the fertilization solution are analyzed Perform analysis.The test shows that the error of the fertilizer unit is within the allowable range,and the fluctuations of the p H and EC values of the irrigation and fertilization unit have small fluctuations,short transition times,and small overshoot.Cost savings play a very important role in improving agricultural development economy.
