Water and fertilizer integration technology is an important agricultural planting technology,but due to a series of problems such as unreasonable fertilization and irrigation strategy and low precision of fertilizer concentration in the planting process,which makes crop yield low and fertilizer cost high,seriously affects agricultural economic benefits and ecological environment,it is not conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture.To solve the above problems,a new type of fertilization irrigation decision was established with tomato as the research object,and the adaptive fuzzy PID control technology was applied to the fertilizer concentration of the integrated water and fertilizer control system in this paper.The tomato planting experiment shows that using the fertilization irrigation strategy and the adaptive fuzzy PID control can not only ensure the good growth of tomato,but also greatly improve the fertilizer and water saving rate.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Establish a tomato fertilization irrigation decision model.Through the water-fertilizer coupling grouping experiment,a dynamic model of water and fertilizer supply decision based on photosynthesis rate,plant height and fruit diameter change rate was proposed.Under the condition of different water and fertilizer micro-adjustment conditions,the micro-adjustment of water and fertilizer profit and loss of tomato in seedling-flowering stage was determined according to the change rate of plant height,and the fruit-flowering stage was determined according to the change rate of fruit diameter.(2)Design the Fuzzy-PID integrated technology of water and fertilizer fertilizer control system.Analyze the fertilizer blending process,and establish the fertilizer control irrigation concentration control model according to the actual parameters of the fertilizer blending equipment.Simulation experiments based on this model,the results determine the superiority of the design control system.(3)The verification experiment of tomato planting.An experimental platform of integrated fertilization irrigation with water and fertilizer based on PLC fuzzy control was built.Three groups of fertilization irrigation experiments were designed and compared.By measuring the photosynthetic rate and plant height of tomato,the diurnal variation map of photosyntheticrate data,growth cycle change map and plant height parameter growth cycle change map were obtained.The results showed that the fertilizer saving rate,water saving rate,photosynthetic rate and plant height parameters of the fuzzy PID group were significantly better than those of other groups.
