| Cotton occupies an important position in my country’s economic development,and the steady increase in cotton production has a pivotal and positive effect on people’s livelihood and even national security.In the context of the rapid development of computers,manual management of agricultural information has been gradually replaced by information management.Information technology has become more and more universal in cotton planting,and it has brought convenience to cotton farmers in cotton field planting management,especially in southern Xinjiang.Shaya County,Xinjiang Region.This technology can improve the informatization level of farm planting management in various districts,and promote the construction of my country’s modern agricultural management system,and the informatization of the management of input elements for cotton field planting is one of the manifestations of agricultural informatization.Cotton planting in southern Xinjiang is mainly concentrated in counties and districts in the Aksu region of southern Xinjiang.Shaya County is one of the largest cotton producing areas in Aksu.According to data from the China Statistical Yearbook and Xinjiang Statistical Yearbook,the cotton planting area in Shaya County reached 132.97 thousand in 2019.Hectares,with a total output of 269,200 tons.The research and development of a cotton planting management information system has a positive effect on increasing the yield of cotton fields in Shaya County.According to the survey,many areas in southern Xinjiang still rely on manual labor to manage cotton field planting data;cotton field planting management,data analysis is still in the traditional management decision-making stage,and effective scientific management of cotton field input elements has not been carried out,and the degree of resource sharing is low.,And can not guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency of the universal implementation of the cotton planting data management model.Taking Shaya County in southern Xinjiang as an example,this study aims at the cotton field planting input element management information system based on economic benefit optimization in Shaya Development County.The construction of this system can not only improve the efficiency of cotton field planters ’ management of cotton field planting information,but also reflect Shaya The county’s cotton planting ability in management informationization promotes the development of agricultural informationization,and further improves the optimization rate of cotton economic benefits in Shaya County.The system is composed of four major functions,namely "input element management","data analysis","production target decision-making" and "insect pest management" and so on.It can meet the management needs of cotton growers in terms of input element management,production goal decision-making,production data analysis,and pest control,and it is convenient to make some management plans for cotton field planting management,including irrigation time,irrigation amount,and fertilization in each growth period of cotton Decision-making information on time,fertilizer type recommendation,spraying time,spraying type,and pest control measures.The main management objects of the system are data such as material resource input elements,mechanical input elements,artificial input elements,and pest management information.The management information system of cotton field planting input elements designed in this paper is based on the optimization of economic benefits.The system architecture adopts C/S three-tier architecture,Windows Server 2012 is the service platform,and the development language is VB.NET and.NET Framework 6.0 as the system framework.,Web service technology is developed,the database development tool is selected as SQL Server 2019,ADO.NET technology is used as the database access technology,and Bland for VS is used as the interface design tool.Through the above-explained development language,tools,platform and technology to achieve the smooth development of the system.This article mainly conducts research from several aspects.First,it explains the background,goals and significance of this research,summarizes and sorts out relevant domestic and foreign documents,and summarizes design ideas and research methods,technical routes and innovation points.The research
