In recent years,state-owned forest farms have played an important role in maintaining the stability of forest ecosystem in China,and the social status has been further improved.In order to deeply study the degree of information management in forest management activities of the main forestry management units such as state-owned forest farms,scientifically and effectively solve the problems of traditional forestry production management,target task schedule management,project planning and decision-making.In the process of forest production,such as forest resource data statistics and so on,there are some common problems,such as poor data sharing among departments,insufficient coordination,low precision of supervision and control in the process of forest management task,and so on.In this paper,a state-owned forest farm in Guangxi is taken as the research object and geography is taken as the research object.The information system(GIS)as the technical foundation,the UAV aerial survey digital orthophoto image photography(DOM,Digital Orthophoto Map),tilt photography,the rich Internet application technology(RIA,Rich Internet Applications)and other high-tech)as the support,the research proposed unifies the mobile Internet,The scientific and efficient solution of GIS,UAV(UAV)aerial survey and other technologies is designed,and a set of target management system based on GIS is designed.After debugging,operation and experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:The main contents are as follows:(1)the system database transfers the production progress data in a unified way,coordinates the work of various departments,realizes the deep utilization of the data,and solves the digitization and visual supervision of forestry production progress in forest farms.It can effectively improve the management accuracy.(2)systematic application of target progress management evaluation system,combined with forest farm related management system,technical regulations,supervision methods,analysis and evaluation of work progress,feedback operation results,It solves the problems that the application depth of traditional forest resource management system is insufficient and the process feedback mechanism can not be effectively used to serve the daily management and management.(3)with the help of aerial survey technology of UAV,the aerial mapping map of the target woodland is built up the visualization model of 2D and 3D geographic information,which solves the problems such as the slow updating of satellite maps such as sky map,Google and other satellite maps,and the inability to obtain real-time images,etc.Provide conference visual decision-making service for forestry production units.(4)by generating high-definition model of forest image,the investigators can effectively identify tree species structure and forest land boundary,solve the problem of large error of artificial slope marking,and effectively improve the precision and efficiency of sub-compartment regionalization.Improve the accuracy of forest resources survey.(5)the important resource data,such as forest image model,forest land factor resource data and so on,are transmitted back to the cloud server by the mobile Internet technology to be called by all departments of forest farm.The problems of management redundancy and waste of resources caused by repeated exploration of human vehicles in various units are solved.(6)with the help of infrared thermal imager,multi-spectral and high-definition fog camera,the system can reconstruct forest images and analyze and compare them.The system can establish the field visualization model of forest fire and diagnose early forest diseases and pests.In this paper,the problems of forest fire,such as low visibility,the observation staff can not grasp the development trend of the fire site,and the traditional artificial patrol is easy to miss forest diseases and insect pests,and so on,are solved scientifically.(7)the system uses highly interactive,rich user experience,cross-platform Flex open source frame architecture to achieve multi-platform field resource data acquisition,storage,analysis and other information management requirements,solve the field work equipment carrying a lot of.Avoid repeated equipment procurement expenses and other problems.
