With the introduction of Internet of Things technology,agricultural development gradually tends to the information-based and intelligent production mode.Edible fungus is the main product of "Yinchuan permanent vegetable base" in Helan County,Ningxia.Due to the backward environmental control equipment and low degree of automation,the yield of edible fungus is not ideal.In order to solve the above problems,this project combined with ZigBee technology to develop a set of real-time monitoring of edible fungus growth environment system,in order to reduce the work burden of mushroom shed managers and improve the production efficiency of edible fungus,The system has practical value in monitoring the growth environment of edible fungi.Based on the characteristics of the Internet of Things,this paper divides the system into a perception layer,a network layer and an application layer.Firstly,in order to carry out multi-shed monitoring of edible fungus base more effectively,the system perception layer is divided into the main control terminal and the field control terminal.The main control terminal uses STM32F407ZGT6 as the controller,which realizes data interaction with the field control terminal through communication with the ZigBee coordinator,drives the SD card to save the environment data of the microbe,drives the TFTLCD screen to realize the human-computer interaction function of the system,and drives the ESP8266 to realize data interaction with the oneNET cloud platform.The field control terminal uses ZigBee nodes to build a wireless sensor network.Each node uses CC2530 as the controller.On the one hand,the relevant sensors are driven to collect the field environmental data,and then the data is uploaded to the main control terminal through the ZigBee network.On the other hand,it receives the control command from the main control terminal,drives the field execution equipment,and adjusts the environmental factors in the shed.Secondly,the oneNET cloud platform and ESP8266 are used to build the network layer to realize the communication between the main control terminal and the mobile APP.Finally,the mobile APP is set up in the application layer.Users can monitor the environmental data in the edible fungus shed in real time on the APP,and issue instructions through the APP to remotely control the field equipment operation.The system has completed the collection,display,storage,control and other functions of the environmental factors of the edible fungus shed.Through testing,it basically meets the requirements of wireless and intelligent,and realizes the network management of the edible fungus shed.It has a good application prospect.The main research achievement of this paper are as follows:(1)Complete the hardware structure and software function of system,and perform multi-shed independent control operations through sensor network built by ZigBee module;(2)Using the oneNET cloud platform to make the system more flexible for remote monitoring of environmental factors in the bacteria shed;(3)Adopt different control strategies at each stage of growth to construct a more suitable temperature environment for edible fungi;(4)Introduce incremental PID control algorithm to regulate the temperature and use MATLAB for simulation experiments.
