With the improvement of the people's living standards,people pay more attention to the safety and quality of food.The concept of health care is also gradually rooted in people's minds,and the concept of modern health advocates a single one-on-one bacteria.Edible fungus has a good health care function,can anti-tumor activity,enhance immune function,regulate blood lipids,lower blood sugar and other effects.China is not only a big producer of edible fungi,but also a big consumer of edible fungi,but China's supply of edible fungi still only meets domestic demand.After China's proposed “One Belt and One Road” national strategy,export of edible fungi usher in an unprecedented opportunity for development.Industry production The scale needs to be further expanded.The number of artificially cultivated edible fungi has been increasing,but the area of ? ? traditional edible fungus production units is inefficient,and quality is difficult to control.Affected by decentralized management and natural seasons,the output of edible fungi has a lot to do with the initial growth environment of mushroom houses.Different types of bacteria have different requirements for the environment.Based on this,a monitoring system for the growth process of edible fungi based on machine vision technology is proposed.Using image processing technology,the system can understand the environmental growth indicators in mushroom house in real time,and discuss the accurate,real-time,automated collection and analysis methods of mushroom growth information.The system aims to improve the growth environment of edible fungi and ensure that edible fungi can grow under optimum conditions,thereby increasing the yield and quality of edible fungi.Based on machine vision technology and combined with wireless communication technology,it can respond to changes in mushroom house environment in different periods.For the factors such as temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide concentration,and illumination in the culture environment,the collected real-time data is sent to the client through the wireless communication module,and the client adjusts the environment in the mushroom house through the collected data to achieve Optimal growth environment.The main contents and results are as follows:1.After searching relevant data,the development status of the domestic edible fungus base was known,and after analyzing the current drawbacks of the artificial cultivation method of edible fungi,a real-time monitoring system for edible fungi cells was designed bycombining machine vision technology and sensors.2.Based on machine vision and image processing technology to obtain edible mushroom image information,by selecting appropriate image processing methods,characteristic values of mushroom growth information,such as mushroom cap diameter,stipe diameter,cap height,and stem height,were extracted.Then,the image processing technology is used to extract the relevant values,and after comparison and analysis,the best growth environment for edible fungi is obtained.3.Introduced the basic hardware and software components required to form machine vision technology,covering the hardware circuit board,sensor edge and interface circuits,and application software.4.To ensure the use of the framework of the lower computer network architecture,the construction of the edible mushroom room network,including the center and the root file structure to carry out the construction of the relevant processes.After completing the framework of different hardware and software,introduce the core technology,design and implement the monitoring system of edible mushroom room.5.Through the test of the system,it is shown that the system can successfully monitor the edible fungus in real time,and the devices in various parts based on machine vision can communicate normally.This study provides an important theoretical basis and application reference for the realization of industrialization and annual production of edible fungi.
