| Exogenous plant growth regulators can have certain effects on plant fruits.These effects include not only the quality of plant fruits,but also the hormone levels in plants.In this experiment,the three-year-old‘early summer seedless’grape was used as the test material for a random block test.The combination of different concentrations of GA3and CPPU was used to preserve and expand the grapes to study the different combinations of GA3and CPPU.The effect of endogenous hormones in the fruit of‘early summer seedless’grapes,and whether there is a direct relationship between it and the quality of the fruit,in order to obtain a reasonable use concentration of plant growth regulators,aimed at providing high temperature and high humidity in Sichuan Under the conditions of promoting early cultivation of‘early summer seedless’grape quality and efficiency provides a theoretical basis.The research results are as follows:1.Using different concentrations of GA3and CPPU to preserve and swell the grapes of‘early summer seedless’grapes can significantly increase the vertical and horizontal diameters of grape grains.There is a significant difference between each treatment and the control,and the fruit shape index of each treatment the difference between them is not significant,and all are round.The higher the concentration of GA3,the higher the hardness of the fruit,while the CPPU of different concentrations has no significant effect on the hardness,and there are large differences in the color difference indexes of grape fruits treated by different treatments.The results show that:20 mg/LGA3+2 mg/LCPPU fruit preservation,30 mg/LGA3+2.5~3 mg/LCPPU fruit expansion,the fruit diameter,fruit weight,ear weight and peel of‘early summer seedless’grape fruit Color works best.2.The use of different concentrations of GA3and CPPU to preserve and swell the grape fruit of’Early Summer Seedless’can significantly increase the soluble solids and soluble sugar content in the grape fruit.In addition,the test results showed that when the concentration of GA3used gradually increased,the titratable acid content in the grape fruit showed a decreasing trend.In all the treatments,the increase of GA3concentration will cause the Vc content of grape fruit to decrease,but there is no significant difference in the Vc content of the fruit among the groups.The anthocyanin content increased with the increase of GA3concentration,but decreased with the increase of CPPU concentration,and the anthocyanin content of each treatment was significantly different.Overall,using 20mg/LGA3+2 mg/LCPPU fruit preservation,25~30 mg/LGA3+2.5~3 mg/LCPPU fruit expansion has a significant effect on promoting the intrinsic quality of the fruit.3.Throughout the growth and development of the fruit,using different concentrations of GA3and CPPU to treat the grape fruit,the content of GA3and IAA in the fruit decreased rapidly after 61-75 days after flowering;however,the content of GA3and IAA decreased relatively after 68-75 days after flowering.The rate of decline in the early period has slowed down.Among them,the use of 20 mg/LGA3+2 mg/LCPPU fruit preservation,25~30 mg/LGA3+2.5 mg/LCPPU fruit expansion treatment can effectively increase the content of endogenous IAA and GA3during the growth of’early summer seedless’grapes.Through treatment with different concentrations of GA3and CPPU,the ABA content in the fruit reached the maximum at 54 d and 68 d after flowering,and the ABA content at fruit ripening was 22-87 ug/g;of which 20 mg/LGA3+was used 2 mg/LCPPU fruit preservation,30 mg/LGA3+3 mg/LCPPU fruit expansion treatment can significantly increase the ABA content of‘early summer seedless’grape fruit in the late growth stage.There was no significant difference in the contents of hormones between the treatment and the control when the fruit was ripe.In summary,treatment A2(20 mg/LGA3+2 mg/LCPPU fruit preservation,30mg/LGA3+2.5 mg/LCPPU fruit expansion treatment)has the best comprehensive performance in all aspects of improving fruit quality,and treatment A5(20 mg/LGA3+2mg/LCPPU fruit preservation,25 mg/LGA3+2.5 mg/LCPPU fruit swelling treatment);followed by 20 mg/LGA3+2 mg/LCPPU fruit preservation on the endogenous hormones of the grape fruit growth cycle,25~30 mg/LGA3+2.5~3 mg/LCPPU fruit expansion treatment can obviously promote the endogenous hormone production in the fruit growth cycle.Therefore,comprehensively,treatment A2(20 mg/LGA3+2 mg/LCPPU fruit preservation,30 mg/LGA3+2.5 mg/LCPPU fruit expansion treatment)is the most effective for improving the fruit quality of’early summer seedless’grapes. |
