With3-years Kyoho grape employed as plant materials in the field experiment, the plants were treated with different concentrations of GA3mixed formula, polypeptides mixed formula and different times of CPPU mixed formula respectively. To study the effects of the seedless rate, yield, size and quality of fruits, as well as hormones, mineral elements and enzymes in early stages of fruit growing on Kyoho grape, the purposes are to find out the suitable treatment formula of fruit seedlessness of Kyoho grape, and understand the fruit internal changes after seedless treatments. It was providing a reference for the developing the fruit seedless technology of Kyoho grape. The results showed as follows:1. On the different concentrations of GA3formula treatments, which used the treatment of12.5mg/L GA3+200mg/L SM immersion dipping flower cluster during the full-blossom period, and10mg/L CPPU immersion dipping fruit cluster on the fifth day after blossom, fruit seedless rate was highest, and reached to42.67%, the fruit quality was also improved. The other higher or lower treatments were not increased the fruits seedless rate and improved the quality.2. With used of the different concentrations of GA3formula treatments, effects of fruit hormones during the early stage of fruit development, all of them can contribute to increase the content of GA3、IAA、CTK and ABA in fruit. Among them, GA3, IAA and CTK showed similar variation law, and compared with the control, the contents of them increased the great. The content of ABA, compared with the control, had certain to improve, but less than the increased extent of GA3, IAA and CTK.3. With different concentrations of GA3formula treatments, TSS and total sugar content of Kyoho grape fruit can be improved while the acid content would be reduced. Compared with the control, the treatment B takes the best effect that TSS content impare5.73%, total sugar content improve13.16%, the acid content reduce13.75%.4. After treated by GA3formula, and than to the different times of CPPU treatment, the aim was to explore it to the effect of fruit size on the fruit seedless processing. Among them, with two times of10mg/L CPPU treatment after flowering, the effect of fruit size was better, single fruit weight increased by15.63%. Scondly was three times or four times of treatment, but one time of treatment, the single fruit weight was a slight increased. The experiment results showed that the times of CPPU treatment was not the more the better.5. After treated by GA3formula, the growth of fruit is effect by the different treatment times of CPPU which respectively improved the vertical and horizontal diameter of fruit in different levels and increased the pulp cells diameter in the certain degree.6. With used of different concentrations of peptide formula, the aim was to explore the effect of fruits seedless rate by peptides with GA3, and peptides with SM. The experiment results showed that different concentration of peptides with GA3, the effect of fruit seedless rate increased was not obvious. The treatment of peptides with SM, which used treatment of800times peptide+200mg/L SM+10mg/L CPPU on the early flowering and the5d after flowering, fruit seedless rate reached to90.67%, but the effects of yield and quality were not obvious. This showed that polypeptide had an application potential as a new seedless grapes agent, but how to make formula combined effect was more obvious still to need further research.
