| The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of different feeding methods and exercise amounts on the growth performance,body size performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of the Jiuyuan black fowl.Provide relevant data support for the industrial development and intelligent breeding of the Jiuyuan black fowl,and provide the basis for the breeding of Jiuyuan black fowl.In this study,more than 4,000 inseminated Jiuyuan black fowl eggs were collected on March 1,2019,and incubated and brooded in Hengkang Agricultural Development Co.,Ltd.,Wanyuan City,Dazhou City,Sichuan Province.Starting at 30 days of age in cage and free-range breeding,60-day-old wear smart step foot ring,90,120 and 150-day-old exercise step statistics,body measurement,slaughter measurement,meat quality Measurement and nutritional level determination,and finally divided all the test materials into four experimental groups based on the exercise volume statistical data,namely caged high exercise volume group,caged low exercise volume group,free range high exercise volume group and free range low exercise volume group;Analysis of each group of data,the test results as follows:(1)Exercise volume: Different feeding methods have a significant effect on the exercise volume of Jiuyuan black fowl(P <0.05).The free-range group is higher than the cage group;the average daily steps of the 60-90 day cage group are 2908 steps;The average daily steps in the cage group are 3730 steps;the average daily steps in the 90-120 day cage group are 2178 steps,and the average daily steps in the free-range group are 3385steps;the average daily steps in the 120-150 day cage group are At 2086 steps,the average daily number of steps in the free-range group was 3164 steps;as the age increased,the amount of exercise in the cage group and the free-range group showed a gradual downward trend.(2)Growth performance: Different exercise levels have a significant difference in the early weight gain of the Jiuyuan black fowls.The average weight of the 90-day-old cage group is 1476.30 g,the average weight of the free-range group is only 1288.95 g,and the cage group is significantly higher than the free.In the rearing group(P<0.05),with the increase in the amount of exercise,the average weight of the cage group was 1917.75 g at150 days of age and 1715.55 g in the free-range group,which was an increase of 29.90%and 33.09% compared to 90-day-old,The difference was not significant(P>0.05).(3)Body size performance: Different exercise amounts have no significant effect on the body diagonal length,tibia length and tibia circumference of the old black chicken(P>0.05),but have a significant impact on the development of chest width and chest depth(P<0.05),the low-exercise group is greater than the high-exercise group;the average value of body index performance in cage-raising mode is higher than that in free-range mode.(4)Slaughter performance: The values of various slaughter performance indexes during the test will increase with the increase of age;different amounts of exercise have a significant impact on the slaughter rate,half-cleaning rate,and full-cleaning rate of old black chickens(P<0.05),the average value of the high-exercise group is larger than that of the low-exercise group;the amount of exercise also has a certain effect on the development of the heart and liver.The measured value of the high-exercise group is greater,but there is no significant difference(P>0.05);(5)Meat quality: With the increase of the age and the amount of exercise,the meat color of the Jiuyuan black fowl has a tendency to decrease in brightness,redness and yellowness.The p H values ranged from 5.71 to 6.45 from 90 days old to 150 days old,and their changes were not significantly related to feeding patterns and exercise levels(P>0.05).The content of Inosine acid in the pectoral muscles and leg muscles increased with age,the leg muscles were higher than the pectoral muscles,and the growth rate of the high exercise group was higher than that of the low exercise group(P<0.05).(6)Serum biochemical indicators: At 120 and 150 days of age,the levels of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase in the blood of the high exercise group were higher than those of the low exercise group(P<0.05),indicating that exercise can enhance the anti-stress of the old black chicken The free range group is slightly lower than the cage group,which proves that the stress stimulation in the free range mode is smaller.In summary,it can be seen that different farming methods have a significant impact on the exercise volume of the Jiuyuan black fowl,and different exercise amounts also have a greater impact on the production performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of the Jiuyuan black fowl;before 120 days of age,cage breeding The growth performance and slaughter performance of the model are better than the free-range model,and the high-exercise group is also superior to the low-exercise group,but the meat quality is the opposite.At 150 days of age,the slaughter performance and meat quality of the free-range high-exercise group reach the best level.It is more conducive to listing and higher economic benefits. |
