In China,agricultural development is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,agricultural water consumption accounts for more than 70% of the annual water consumption.Therefore,combining advanced science and technology,the development of efficient and new agricultural irrigation equipment integrated with watersaving irrigation technologies such as sprinkler irrigation and drip irrigation is the inevitable direction of China's agricultural development in the future.Because of its advantages of high cost performance,easy operation,relatively simple maintenance and high irrigation efficiency,the hose reel irrigator is widely used in northeast China,north China and other agricultural production areas.Spraying uniformity is one of the important index to measure irrigation operation effects,traditional volume disc sprinkler driven by water turbine rotating recycled PE hose,recovery rate is not easy to control,low speed working condition is poor,as the irrigation operation,the flow line pressure loss increase gradually,shower water pressure lowering,nozzle flow is also declining,results in the decrease of spraying uniformity.To solve above problems,this article takes our country high use JP75 volume hose reel irrigator,for example,in research and development of the National Key R&D Program Project " Development of Water-Fertilizer Hose Reel Irrigator Based on Clean Energy Drive "(project number: 2016YFC0400104-04)and the Transformation of Scientific,carry out research and test the as following:1.The variable pressure water supply control system of the roller sprinkler is designed based on the mobile terminal.Based on the spiral water supply coil loss model of the roller sprinkler,the change of pressure loss of the water supply hose with time is analyzed under the working condition of the system flow rate of 15 m3/h and the PE hose recovery rate of 50m/h.In this paper,the factors affecting the spray uniformity of the roller sprinkler are studied,and the parameters self-tuning fuzzy PID pressure control system based on ST series M3 controller is designed for the water pressure at the sprinkler head,and the corresponding controller program code is written.2.In view of the complex and changeable,strong coupling and non-linear characteristics of the water supply pump system of the rolling sprinkler,the traditional process control technology cannot achieve satisfactory control effect.Using the method of model identification,this paper studies the water supply pump system of the roller sprinkler from the aspect of mechanism analysis and experimental verification,constructs the transfer function of the output response under different step input,and finds that the model and parameters of the water supply pump system change with different working conditions.3.An innovative fuzzy PID control algorithm for the parameter self-tuning of the input machine pressure was designed.To maintain the volume disc sprinkler nozzle pressure basically stable,based on JP75 volume disc type sprinkler specific condition of fuzzy PID controller,and using Simulink to establish the traditional PID with parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID step response and resistance to disturbance test,the result of simulation shows that the overshoot of traditional PID is about 13.14%,stable response time of 10.2 s,the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID overshoot amount to 7.83%,adjust time about 8.9 s,fuzzy PID controller according to different input rapidly and automatically adjust the system parameters to the optimum solution.4.This paper analyzes the specific operation requirements of JP75 type roller sprinkler,designs the remote mobile control terminal program based on Android system,and completes the wireless connection with the M3 main controller of the system through GPRS wireless transmission module,realizing the function of remote monitoring the field operation of roller sprinkler.The driving device test of the sprayer developed by our research group was used to control the uniform recovery of PE hose,which was combined with the variable pressure water supply control designed in this system.Through test,the roll disc sprinkler nozzle flow pressure basically stable in value,the remote mobile control terminal program can realize the real-time display of the working conditions on site and updated in several typical working condition of the maximum of 1.71%,nozzle inlet pressure maximum error is 3.10%,a full irrigation operation into the machine pressure maximum error is 2.69%,the nozzle inlet pressure maximum error is 3.32%,in accordance with engineering specifications.
