| Wheat is widely distributed all over the world and is the staple food of 35%to 40%of the world’s population.The increase in wheat yield is mainly affected by the genetic potential of the variety and environmental factors.Wheat varieties with excellent genotypes require scientific and reasonable cultivation techniques to allow agricultural scientific and technological achievements to give full play to their advantages.This article explores the cultivation measures of the newly cultivated winter wheat variety Xinong109 to provide technical support for its promotion in Huanghuai and northern winter wheat area.A split area experiment was conducted from three aspects of wheat sowing period,sowing quantity,and fertilizer nitrogen level to calculate the growth and development characteristics,yield and quality of Xinong109 under different conditions from 2018 to 2020in Baoji City,Shaanxi Province.Use multi-factor analysis of variance to explore the best cultivation conditions.The results were as follows:(1)In terms of the regulation of growth and development traits,increasing the sowing rate within the range of 112.5-157.5 kg/hm~2 will help increase the basic seedlings and the number of tillers in the spring of Xinong109 wheat,but it will affect the tiller and flag leaf area before winter.With the increase of nitrogen level from 120 kg/hm~2 to 168 kg/hm~2,the tiller and plant height showed a decreasing trend in the spring.Sowing 10 days later also helped to control tillering and plant height growth before winter.By regulating fertility and sowing date,tiller dynamics can be effectively controlled,overgrowth can be prevented,freezing damage can be reduced,population structure of wheat can be effectively regulated.So it is suitable for wheat growth and development.(2)Regarding the regulation of yield and its components,increasing the sowing quantity within the range of 112.5-157.5 kg/hm~2 will help increase the number of panicles per unit area and the yield of grains.The number of spikelets per panicle will increase first and then decrease with the increase in sowing quantity.The number of grains per panicle is highest at 135 kg/hm~2.Ten-day delay of the sowing date helps to increase the grain number per panicles,but inhibits the increase of 1000-grain weight.With the level of nitrogen fertilizer increases,the 1000-grain weight also decreases.(3)Regarding the regulation of grain quality and its constituent elements,the seeding amount of 157.5 kg/hm~2 promotes the wet gluten,ductility,total starch and amylose content of the grains.The total amount of protein and its components showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The increase of nitrogen fertility from 120 kg/hm~2 to 168 kg/hm~2 helped to increase the content of albumin,globulin,and gliadin.Late sowing for ten days also helped to grain quality of wheat.This study explored the effects of different sowing dates,sowing quantity,and fertilizer nitrogen levels on the agronomic traits,yield and quality of winter wheat Xinong109.A comprehensive analysis showed that the sowing date is ten days later than the normal sowing date(October 10),157.5 kg/hm~2 sowing rate and 144-168 kg/hm~2 fertilizer nitrogen fertilizer level cultivation measures are more suitable for growth of Xinong109 in Guanzhong area. |
