| Wheat stripe rust and Fusarium head blight(RBB)are two major diseases in China,which seriously threaten the safety of wheat production.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to identify the resistant genes and clarify the resistance characteristics of important wheat breeding materials,which can be used to improve the resistance of varieties and cultivate new wheat resistance cultivars.In this study,the specific molecular markers of four wheat FHB resistance genes and five stripe rust resistance genes were used to identify the resistance genes in 193 important wheat breeding materials,and the corresponding field resistance characteristics and major agronomic traits were analyzed.The results are as follows:1.the specific molecular markers closely linked with Fhb1,Fhb2,Fhb4 and Fhb5 gene showed that there were 5 wheat materials carrying Fhb1 gene in 193 important breeding materials,including Yangmai 12.Xiaoyan 325.Xinmai 23.Xinmai 979 and Yangmai 18.among which Yangmai 18 was disease resistant material,11 were contained Fhb2,29 were Fhb4 and Fhb5 were contained There are 16.The above genes were not detected in shanong 56,Zhengmai 366 and glume closing materials(Xinong 893 × Xinong 138)among the medium resistant materials,which suggested that the resistance was derived from other genes against gibberellis.2.the results display that 12 of the materials were medium resistant,among which Yangmai 18 and Xinong 822 reached the level of resistance(R),the disease index was 1.50%and 10.00%,and the rate of spikelet was 9.62%and 10.90%.The resistance of wheat varieties was moderate,accounting for 4.31%of the test materials,and the range of spikelet rate was 14.94%-44.67%.The resistance source of wheat scab was single by pedigree analysis of 23 test materials.3.The investigation of agronomic traits and diseased spikelet rate showed that the disease development trend of 938.Yangmai 18.e-65.closed glume material(Xinong 893 x Xinong 138)and Huaimai 20 was similar to that of Sumai 3,It shows that its anti expansion property is more prominent;the correlation analysis of traits and diseased spikelet rate showed that ear length,plant height and grain number per spike were negatively correlated with disease resistance,indicating that ear length and plant height were significantly correlated with diseased spikelet rate The results showed that the wheat with less grains per spike had better disease avoidance or disease resistance.It is correlated with the flowering stage of wheat,that is,the early flowering wheat had lower disease susceptibility,and Yangmai 18 has high yield and the best resistance,which was an important wheat variety with scab resistance.4.The analysis of scab lesistance gene specific markers and field resistance effect showed that the wheat materials with Fhb1,Fhb2,Fhb4 and Fhb5 scab resistance gene specific markers had better Tesistance effect,and the materials with Fhb1 specific marker had the highest Tesistance expansion effect,which indicated that Fhb1 specific marker gene was the key gene to improve wheat scab Tesistance,including Fhb1+ Fhb2,Fhb4 + Fkb5,Fhb2 + Fhb4 + Fhb5 specific marker can effectively improve the Tesistance of wheat varieties.5.The detection of specific molecular markers for stripe rust Tesistance in wheat showed that among the 168 wheat materials tested,32.74%、18.45%and 3.57%of them contained specific molecular markers for Yr9,Yr10 and Yr17 genes,respectively.There were two varieties carrying Yr9 and Yr17,Xiaoyan 153 and Xiaoyan 325,respectively.The Tesults showed that the raodp of wheat varieties carrying disease Tesistance genes was higher than that of wheat varieties carrying disease Tesistance genes.6.No immune materials were found in the field Tesistance identification of stripe rust.There were 27 resistant materials,accounting for 16.07%of the tested materials,such as Xiaoyan 153,Shannong 56,Xiaoyan 325,pinbi 21 and pinbi 24.Among them,the lowest raudpc value was found in pinbi 19(2.83%);There were 91 medium resistant materials,accounting for 54.17%of the total number of tested varieties(lines);There were 38 moderately susceptible materials and 46 susceptible materials respectively,accounting for 22.02%and 24.40%of the total. |
