Probiotic fermented feed is a kind of biological feed.It can decompose and transform macromolecular nutrients and antinutritions in common feed by the activity of probiotics,which improves the quality of feed.It is also a non-toxic and harmless feed.168 Duroc Landrace pigs weighing 30.23 ± 1.24 kg were randomly divided into two groups and fed in two pigsty,84 pigs in each pig house were divided into three pens with 28 pigs in each pen.The experimental group was fed with basal diet(control group)and fermented feed(experimental group)respectively for 60 days.Finnally,sixth and ninth week after feeding,the first,second and third samples of feed and pig manure were collected respectively,and the level of harmful gases in pig house were detected.In the follow-up experiments,the fiber,protein and enzyme activities of feed were detected,and the microbial flora in pig manure,the level of harmful gases and substances in pig house were detected by 16 S sequencing.The results are as follows:1.Probiotic fermented improves feed quality,the contents of crude protein and pure protein in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the activities of amylase,cellulase,protease and other enzymes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),the activities of amylase,cellulase,protease and other enzymes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the contents of crude fiber and ash in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).2.Probiotics fermented improvs the diversity of pig fecal flora and increased the proportion of probiotics.At the phylum level,the experimental group increased the number of Firmicutes,significantly increased the proportion of Firmicutes and Bacteroides(P <0.05),and decreased the number of actinobacteria and Bacteroides(P < 0.05);at the family level,the experimental group could significantly increase the number of Ruminaceae,Chrysomelidae,etc.(P < 0.05),and significantly reduce the number of Mycobacteriaceae,Streptococcaceae,etc.(P < 0.05).3.Probiotic fermented can effectively reduce the content of ammonia in pig house,but it has some minor effects on the harmful substances such as nitrogen,phosphorus and heavy metals in pig manure.4.The correlation analysis of fecal flora and ammonia showed that there was a negative correlation between lactic acid bacteria and ammonia emission.Probiotics fermented feed could reduce ammonia emission by optimizing the flora structure.In conclusion,probiotics fermented feed can decompose macromolecular nutrients,significantly improve feed quality and save feeding cost;it can reduce ammonia in piggery and improve piggery environment;fermented feed can optimize pig feces flora and reduce environmental pollution caused by pig feces,which can also reflect beneficial effects on pig intestinal tract.This study provides experimental basis for the application of probiotics fermented feed in large-scale pig farms and the reduction of harmful gases and pollution in piggery environment. |
