Test And Study Of The Vibration Of Separating Sieve And The Influenceon Dynamic Load Of The Main Beam About Type 4SW—40 Potato Digger

The main beam of type 4SW-40 potato digger easily engenders crack or breaking damage in the practical application .therefore, by means of modern test technology, the Paper does some research on the vibration of the separating sieve and its influence on dynamic load of the main beam under the condition of laboratory. Through the test of the separating sieve's and beams vibration acceleration, the dynamic bending moment ,torque and shearing force as well as the analyze of each Parameter by dividing rotation speed range from 300 r/min to 600 r/min of the main shaft ,the change regularity of the vibration of the separating sieve ,the vibration and the dynamic load on dangerous cross section with the change of rotation speed of the main shaft is obtained .Research shows that there exits apparent relevance between the vibration as well as the dynamic load of the main beam and the vibration of the separating sieve. The vibration of the separating sieve mainly affects the composition of low frequency of the vibration of the main beam, appropriately amending the vibration acceleration of the separating sieve, the loading and vibration of the mam beam can be directly improved.
