| Modern tobacco cultivation is highly dependent on facility agriculture,which is supported by the use of new materials.In this study,luminescent materials and biochar materials are obtained by means of material preparation and applied to tobacco seedling cultivation and planting process,in order to improve the quality of tobacco seedling and tobacco quality,and ultimately improve the technical level of tobacco cultivation.In recent years,the changes in the tobacco growing environment led to a decline in the quality of tobacco leaves,two key periods of tobacco cultivation reflect this problem:At first,tobacco seedling raising in Central and South of China from December to February of each year,low temperatures and continuous rain often causes tobacco growth to encounter insufficient light,which resulting in low survival rate and poor quality of tobacco seedlings;on the other hand,the field period after tobacco transplantation,the growth of tobacco leaves need good soil quality.However,the nutrient leaching loss,low fertilizer utilization rate and low soil p H in the rain-heavily smoking areas in south China resulted in the short availability of nutrients,which led to the decrease in the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.In view of the above two problems affecting tobacco growth,this study used the main variety“yunyan 87”in Hunan province as a test material,prepared advanced functional materials,and applied the materials to improve the current situation of insufficient sunlight and poor soil quality of tobacco planting,which including:(1)It is assembled into a LED plant light source device which composed of different spectra of Sr4-x Bax Al14O25:Mn4+phosphor and use them to study the survival rate,growth period time,agronomic characteristics and physiological indicators of“yunyan 87”tobacco seedlings through the experiment to discover the effect of phosphor excitation LED on the growth and development of tobacco seedling also it provides a test basis for shortening the seedling stage and cultivating seedlings of floating seedling in Central and South of China.(2)Using rice husk biochar to research the effects of rice husk biochar on the p H,water content and nutrient content of tobacco-growing soil at different preparation temperatures,as well as the effects of agronomic traits and chemical composition of tobacco.To explore the effect of biochar on soil improvement and tobacco growth,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving tobacco quality and reducing tobacco farmers’loss.The Results as follow:1.Using the phosphor excitation LED for supplementary light seedling raising can shorten the nursery cycle,improved the quality of tobacco seedlings,promote the transplantation of tobacco seedlings in advance,and the effect of phosphor excitation LED is significantly better than the control(fluorescent lamps).As the wavelength of the red-light spectrum increases,the seedling emergence period of tobacco seedlings can be shortened to47 days,and the seedling emergence rate can reach 92.6%.Besides,agronomic traits such as leaf width and leaf length can also be improved to different degrees,physiological indicators such as chlorophyll and root activity also increase gradually,but too long wavelength will cause adverse effects.It shows that the effect of LED supplementary light on emergence is related to the spectral band,which lays the foundation for the field production of high-quality tobacco;2.Adding rice husk biochar in tobacco planting soil can increase the moisture content of tobacco planting soil,adjust soil p H,increase soil nutrient content,and agronomic traits such as plant height of tobacco plants,total sugar,total nitrogen and other chemical components also have a promoting effect.Preparation temperature is one of the factors that affect the structure and performance of biochar,rice husk biochar prepared at different temperatures has different surface area and content of functional groups,so it has different effects on tobacco planting soil and tobacco growth.In summary,using the phosphor excitation LED to supplement light in the seedling stage of tobacco seedlings can improve the seedling quality of tobacco seedlings and promote the growth of tobacco seedlings;adding the rice husk biochar in soil can improve tobacco planting soil promotes the later growth of tobacco and improved the quality of tobacco leaves.This study is based on interdisciplinary research.It uses chemical methods to solve the problems in crop science.It is intended to provide guidance for the development of modern tobacco cultivation technology by preparing luminescent materials and biochar materials to meet the needs of the actual production process of tobacco. |
