Effects Of Biochar On The Main Properties Of Soiland Quality Of Flue-cured Tobacco Of Mudanjiang

Mudanjiang tobacco zone as an important flue-cured tobacco planting area of our country,is also one of the most typical flue-cured tobacco planting area of northeast.To improve the region's growth condition of tobacco field,improve flue-cured tobacco maturity and improvement of soil,improve the quality of the flue-cured tobacco smoke,the research uses biochar to solve the problems appeared in the process of flue-cured tobacco production in Mudanjiang,the main conclusions are as follows:1 Through the use of biochar flue-cured tobacco planting soil improvement.The results showed that:(1)Soil microbial biochar in various test processing,the changing rule of the number of bacteria is: With the increase of biochar into the content,the first increase after the law of the lower,the performance of the more conspicuous for T4(1200 kg/hm2 biochar),T5(1800 kg/hm2 biomass charcoal),and compared with the rest of the processing showed obvious advantages;The number of actinomycetes along with the increase of biochar into the content was lower after the first increase trend,and the biomass carbon to deal with the number of actinomycetes were higher than ck(T1);Change rule the number of soil fungi and actinomycetes.(2)Soil bulk density in the individual processing of biomass carbon,soil bulk density is increased with increment of biochar into the content of a trend of decrease,and with the passage of the growth period of tobacco plant,the law is gradually obvious.And the processing capacity of soil biochar important is lower than control,including biochar to the index decrease is more noticeable for T6 treatment.(3)Soil C/N: C/N with the biochar intake after first increased and decreased with the increase of the trend that grow in the field of different growth period,soil C/N in each processing performance advantage of the law.(4)Soil mineral elements: the biochar trading between soil minerals have no obvious regularity,including soil mineral elements content more treatment T3,T4.(5)The soil p H: affected by the change of biomass carbon to soil pH,with the increase of biochar into the content,the changing rule of the soil p H to increases with the increase of biochar into the amount.(6)Soil available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,in tobacco plants grown in various periods,Biochar to soil available nitrogen is not very big,and available nitrogen variation between the biochar charcoal processing as follows: soil alkaline hydrolysis n with the increase of biochar into the content,the trend of first increased and then drop.Change law of effective N,P in the soil and available nitrogen.In the growth of tobacco plant in various periods,T4 and T5 treatment of available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content is relatively high.2 Through the use of biochar coordinated growth of aerial part and underground part(1)Root activity: the processing,the change trend of root activity for and with the increase of biochar into the content was lower after the first increase trend,which represents the bulk of the root activity for T5 processing.(2)Agronomic traits: in each of middle test processing,phase difference between individual processing plant more apparent,and the most vigorous,the regularity of agronomic traits of tobacco plant performance is not strong,the tree phase of the field in the agronomic traits of tobacco plant good for T2 processing performance.Leaf area index in the flue-cured tobacco growth and development regularity of different at different stages of the tree in the period as the amount of biochar plowing increased leaf area index showed a trend of rising,flourishing long term to reduce the trend of mature first increased then decreased trend.In flue-cured tobacco leaf chlorophyll content with the passage of the growth period,and presents the trend of increase after decreases first,and in the most vigorous the highest chlorophyll value,maturity chlorophyll value is the lowest.The prosperous for a long time ago,leaf chlorophyll content in along with the increase of biochar into the content increase,the prosperous long period and the mature period,increases as the biochar intake increases with the first increased and then decreased trend.(3)The photosynthesis,fluorescent indicator: the variation regularity of the two measures and root activity of basic consistent.(4)The onset of the field of tobacco plant growth index: biochar of tobacco Mosaic and white disease has obvious control effect,and for other biochar plant effect is not obvious.3 Through the use of biochar of tobacco leaf quality improvement after baking(1)Physical properties between the various physical properties of tobacco leaves no obvious regularity after baking.(2)Neutral aroma components: individual processing between normal to fragrant composition variation is not obvious,T4 and T6 treatment after baking smoke of neutral aroma components of a relatively large amount,and dealing with obvious advantages.
