| It is of great significance to study the yield and yield component index,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and L-proline content of different nitrogen sulfur interaction,different fragrant rice varieties,so as to guide the high yield and high quality production of fragrant rice and provide feasible technical parameters,improve the economic benefits of fragrant rice and maximize the potential of soil production.In this study,xiangwanxian 13and xiangwanxian 17 were used as experimental materials.Nine different nitrogen and Sulfur Interaction treatments were carried out with N1,N2,N3 and S1,S2 and S3,and the experimental design of cracking area was carried out.The results showed that:(1)the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar in rice grains in Jiangmen County,Guangdong Province was significantly higher than that in Chenxi County,Hunan Province;the yield of fragrant rice in Chenxi County was significantly higher than that in Jiangmen County,which was mainly due to the lower daily average temperature,the higher daily temperature range and the significant increase of effective panicles per mu.(2)Treatment of N1S3 and N3S3could significantly increase the soluble protein content of grains(P<0.01);treatment of N2S1,N2S2,N3S1 and N3S2 could significantly increase the L-proline content of grains(P<0.01);(3)except for N3S2 treatment,the other seven treatments in Guangdong habitat significantly reduced the soluble sugar content of grains(P<0.01),while each treatment in Hunan habitat could significantly increase the soluble protein content of grains(P<0.01)Soluble sugar content(P<0.01).(3)There was a significant positive correlation between the content of soluble sugar and the yield,and there was a significant positive correlation between the content of soluble sugar and the yield in N2S2,N2S3 and N3S3 treatments(P<0.01).The yield of xiangwanxian 13 and xiangwanxian 17 was positively correlated with the content of soluble protein and sugar,and the yield of xiangwanxian 17 was positively correlated with the content of L-proline.(4)N3S2 can significantly increase the number of effective panicles per mu and N3S1 can significantly improve the seed setting rate of fragrant rice.N3S3,N3S2,N3S1 could significantly increase the yield of xiangwanxian 13 in Chenxi,and N3S2,N3S2could significantly increase the yield of xiangwanxian 13 in Jiangmen.N3S3,N3S2 could significantly increase the yield of xiangwanxian 17 in Chenxi,and N3S3,N3S2,N3S1 could significantly increase the yield of xiangwanxian 17 in Jiangmen.Therefore,in Jiangmen County,Guangdong Province,the habitat significantly increased the soluble protein content and sugar content of rice grain;N1S3,N3S3 could significantly increase the soluble protein content of rice grain(P<0.01);N2S1,N2S2,N3S1,N3S2 could significantly increase the L-proline content of rice grain(P<0.01);in Chenxi,the nitrogen Sulfur Interaction combinations that could significantly increase the yield of xiangwanxian 13 were N3S3,n In Jiangmen,the N3S2 and N2S2 combinations could significantly increase the yield of xiangwanxian 13.N3S3,N3S2 could significantly increase the yield of xiangwanxian 17 in Chenxi,and N3S3,N3S2,N3S1 could significantly increase the yield of xiangwanxian 17 in Jiangmen.The yield,number of effective panicles per mu and 1000 grain weight of fragrant rice in N3S3 were significantly increased,but the total number of grains per panicle was significantly reduced.The reason is worth further discussion. |
