Chlamydia(Chlamydia spp.)is a gram-negative microorganism that is strictly parasitic in cells and can cause pneumonia,encephalitis,abortion and other diseases in humans and many animals.Toxoplasmosis is a parasitic protozoans that can lead to teratogenesis,abortion,mental disorders and other diseases,besides,it is a pandemic and opportunistic parasitic zoonosis.Newcastle disease is a highly infectious and death-causing disease caused by Newcastle disease virus that destroys the intestinal,respiratory and nervous systems of poultry,making the growth rate,survival rate and egg production of poultry decreased,which caused huge economic losses and extremely adverse development impact.First part of this study,indirect hemagglutination test(IHA)was used to investigate the infection of chlamydia in different scale chicken farms in 14 cities(states)of hunan province,and the risk factors were analyzed.All the chickens were not immunized against chlamydia vaccine,the results showed that the positive rate of Chlamydia antibody in serum samples was 51.4%(699/1360),the positive rate of Toxoplasma antibody in serum samples was 33.6%(457/1360).There was serious Chlamydia and Toxoplasma infection in chicken farms in Hunan Province,which needs to pay attention and take corresponding measures.During the second part of this study,the infection of Newcastle disease in 14 cities(states)of Hunan province was investigated by hemagglutination-hemagglutination inhibition test(HA-HI),and the risk factors were analyzed.All chickens sampled in this study were immunized against Newcastle disease vaccine,the results showed that the qualified rate of Newcastle disease antibody was 83.5%(1136/1360),The results of this survey show that the immune effects of the epidemic is satisfied in Hunan Province.However,the qualified rate of antibody against Newcastle disease in some cities and states is only 67.5%,which does not reach the qualified level of group immunization,which should be highly valued.The third part of this study analyzed the correlation between the infection of Chlamydia and Toxoplasma in Hunan Province and the titer of Newcastle disease antibody.The results showed that there was a moderate positive correlation between Chlamydia and Toxoplasma infection,indicating that Chlamydia infection may lead to the Toxoplasma infection more easily.There was no significant correlation between chlamydia and Newcastle disease immunantibody titer,and there was a significant low negative correlation between Toxoplasma and Newcastle disease immunantibody titer.In this study,the infection situation of chlamydia and toxoplasma and Immune effects of Newcastle disease in 14 cities(states)of Hunan province,some urban areas,different types,different ages,different seasons and some years were analyzed by using corresponding experimental techniques.It provides a reliable basic data for the epidemiological investigation of related infectious diseases in the province and other regions,and provides a strong theoretical support for the formulation of a series of practical comprehensive biosafety control systems,and contributes to the promotion of public health safety and the development of livestock farming,which has important economic,social and public health significance.
