| Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo is a perennial epiphytic herb of the genus Dendrobium in the Orchidaceae family.It is an important ornamental plant,as well as a type of Chinese medicine and food in our country,with high-level economic value.This study aims the innovation of flowering regulation of D.officinale for the purpose of production of leisure economy and health economy industry model,based on the different ecotype varieties of D.officinale diversity,vegetative growth and reproductive growth,and environmental temperature on the relevance of the flowering factors,with the combination of Wuhan and Jianghan plain region climates.The main research results are as follows:i)Three D.officinale cultivars,T14-6A2B,T13-966and T15-7896,were most suitable cultivars for local cultivation.ii)The mixture matrix was optimized with pine bark with diameter of 2-2.5cm:brick residue with diameter of 1.5-3cm=7:3.Control 75%air humidity in greenhouses;A high-efficient cultivation model of D.officinale seedlings in summer in Wuhan area with a substrate moisture content of 30-35%.iii)A complete set of flower-promoting cultivation techniques was integrated,which was treated with the dosage of 250 mg/L CCC 15 ml/bowl(size of bowl 10×10cm)for 14days in a continuous manner with suitable varieties,strong seedlings in summer,and daily temperature of 13±1℃for 14h and night temperature of 6±1℃for 10h.In the intelligent greenhouse environment,compared with the control,the initial flowering period was 62d earlier,the group flowering period was 58d earlier,and the group flowering time was 52d longer.The number of flowers per panicle increased by 4.8,the number of flowers per panicle increased by 2.46,and the population flowering rate increased by 30.48%.The output of fresh flowers and dried flowers was 56.18kg/667m~2 and 4.52kg/667m~2,respectively,increased by 62.46%and 70.57%compared with the control group.iv)Cultivar T14-6A2B as the test material,the initial flowering period was advanced by60d-66d,the population flowering time was extended by 17-26d,the day temperature was25±1℃for 14 h,and the night temperature was 15±1℃for 10 h.Compared with the control group,the number of flowers per ear increased by 1.43,the number of flowers per group increased by 18.4,and the population flowering rate increased by 48.6%.The output of fresh flowers and dried flowers was 148.06kg/667m~2 and 11.84kg/667m~2,increasing by 48.9%compared with the control.v)The fertilizer and water management were carried forward with 14cm×13cmpot using of slow-releasing potential fertilizer(nitrogen:phosphorus:potassium=11:11:18;or nitrogen:phosphorus:potassium=6:40:6)2 grams per pot for flowering pushing,which increased number of flowers,flower diameter,and prolonged flowering time effectively. |
