| Agricultural mechanization is an important foundation and support of national modernization,restricted by geographical environment and other factors.The mechanization development of hilly and mountainous areas in Sichuan Province is delayed and the labor force is short.In view of the above situation,combined with the four-dimensional system of environment-people-technology-object,this paper analyzes the design of mountain agricultural machinery from four dimensions,and provides new ideas and reference for the design of other mountain agricultural machinery,thus promoting the social and economic development of hilly and mountainous areas.In this paper,the development status and characteristics of different types of mountain farm machinery in China are summarized,and the differences in the development process of the same type of mountain farm machinery are analyzed.On the basis of previous studies,this paper combs the research contents of the four-dimensional system of environment-people-technology-object,and studies the linkage relationship between the four subsystems.On the basis of the second chapter,we apply the theory of environment-human technology to the design of mountain farm machinery,study mountain farm machinery from the perspective of industrial design,take system theory as the guiding ideology,combine ergonomics,aesthetics,psychology and other disciplines,analyze mountain farm machinery from four dimensions,study the relationship between the four subsystems and the internal elements of the subsystem,and construct a four-dimensional model based on environment-human technology,so as to carry out innovative design and application research on mountain farm machinery.Combined with the rich bamboo resources in hilly and mountainous areas of Sichuan,but the problem of low mechanization degree,the design object of mountain bamboo cutting machine is determined,and the design practice is completed by combining the theory of environment-people-technology-object with the design object.Through the field examination,the comprehensive data collection and analysis of bamboo forest environment are carried out,the difficulties that the products need to overcome are clarified,the user population is investigated and analyzed,the user function,aesthetic and emotional needs are clarified,the functional layout of bamboo cutting machine is analyzed and the functional components are divided.From the four dimensions of environment,people,technology and object,the rationality between the functional components of the product is verified.Combined with ergonomics,aesthetics,psychology and other disciplines,the overall form is designed,and finally the design scheme is formed. |
