China is a large country of bamboo forest resources,with an area of about 5.2 million hectares,which is about a quarter of the total area of bamboo forest resources in the world.Compared with other countries in the world,China has the richest bamboo forest resources,with more than 500 types of bamboo resources in 22 genera.Compared with bamboo forest resources,China's forest resources are relatively scarce,and China's timber imports continue to increase every year.In order to solve the pressure on China's current forest resources,China implements the "replace bamboo with wood" policy.Sichuan Province is a large province of bamboo forest resources in China,but because of its hilly terrain,the growth environment of bamboo is complicated.Therefore,the process of extracting bamboo forest resources is mostly traditional manual harvesting,which is inefficient.The low extraction efficiency of bamboo forest resources has limited the implementation of the policy of “replacing wood with bamboo”.This project designs and researches a small-scale bamboo forest harvesting machine.The process is as follows: First,make a site inspection of the current situation of the bamboo cutting site in Yibin City,Sichuan Province,and communicate with the workers to determine the functions required by the equipment required for the bamboo cutting site and determine the design parameters;Then,we can learn about the existing bamboo forest harvesting machinery by consulting relevant literature materials,design the scheme by studying the existing bamboo harvesting machinery and combining with the actual situation of the bamboo harvesting site,and finally determine the bamboo harvesting machinery through the program selection and exchange with the instructor Scheme design;According to the determination of the design plan,design each part of the bamboo cutting machinery,and use 3D software such as Solid Works and ANSYS to model and analyze the modal analysis of each part to determine whether the function and reliability of the designed parts are Claim;Then,based on the results of the analysis,the design of each component is optimized;After the optimization design is completed,the various parts are processed.When the various parts of the bamboo cutting machine are processed,the bamboo cutting machine will be assembled,and the prototype test will be performed at the bamboo cutting site;After the prototype test was completed,it was determined through the test results that it had met the design requirements and the first batch of mass production of the bamboo cutting machine was carried out.The development of the bamboo cutting machine effectively solved the problem of low harvesting efficiency of bamboo forest resources in mountainous and hilly areas.Compared with the traditional artificial mining of bamboo forest resources,the harvesting efficiency is increased by 2 to 3 times,which saves a lot of manpower costs for the bamboo cutting farm.It has provided great assistance for promoting the scientific and sustainable development of "taking bamboo instead of wood".The project has a good application prospect and good market value.
