【Object】There are some problems in drip irrigation wheat field in Qitai Regimental Farm,such as excessive application of chemical fertilizer,failure to coordinate fertilization with the demand of cultivated crops and soil supply.This study hopes to achieve the effect of saving fertilizer,improving fertilizer utilization rate,increasing yield and economic benefit through the new fertilizer technology of nitrogen fertilizer synergist.Through field experiment,compared with powder nitrogen fertilizer synergist for water and nitrogen fertilizer synergist in the practical application of soil nutrient,plant nutrients,nitrogen fertility and the influence of economic benefits.Through pot experiment,the effects of adding and applying nitrogen fertilizer synergist on soil nutrients and the absorption of N,P and K by plants in different periods were studied,so as to find the best period of nitrogen fertilizer synergist.Finally,it provides a theoretical basis and feasible scheme for the application and popularization of fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement technology in drip irrigation wheat field.【Methods】This study conducted a field survey on Qitai Regimental Farm in the form of questionnaire survey and household interview to collect effective information and understand the fertilizer application in the irrigation wheat fields.From September,2018 to July,2019.,a comparative test was conducted on the application of nitrogen synergist of powder and nitrogen synergist of water in two demonstration sites of the 12 th Company of Qitai Regimental Farm to determine the nitrogen synergist with better application effect(Set three treatments: CK: local routine fertilization;NP: On the basis of conventional fertilization,nitrogen fertilizer in top dressing was reduced by 16.44% and nitrogen fertilizer synergist was added.CP: On the basis of conventional fertilization,nitrogen fertilizer in top dressing was reduced by 16.44% and nitrogen fertilizer synergist was added).In 2020,pot experiment was conducted in this study(4 treatments were set: CK: conventional fertilization;T1: basal fertilizer with nitrogen synergist;T2: mixed with nitrogen fertilizer synergist in basal fertilizer and top dressing;T3: topdressing and nitrogen synergist)to determine the optimal application period of nitrogen synergist.【Results】(1)The survey results showed that the per capita cultivated area of drip irrigation wheat field in Qitai regiment farm was 4.17 hm2;The main soil texture was sandy soil,accounting for 66.67%,followed by loam and clay soil,accounting for 20.00% and 13.33%,respectively.27.78% of the soil layer thickness was less than 30 cm,and 55.56% of the soil layer thickness was 30-50 cm.The application rates of N,P2O5 and K2 O purenutrients were 54.00549.42 kg/hm2,34.50294.00 kg/hm2 and 0136.50 kg/hm2.The total cost of wheat field planting is 7780.519350 yuan /hm2: concentrated on labor cost,accounting for 37.58%57.68%,while fertilizer cost accounts for 12.98%15.03% of the total cost.(2)Field tests show that: NP treatment could increase soil ammonium nitrogen content by 7.21%64.84%,reduce soil apparent nitrification rate by 3.56%10.58%,and increase nitrogen partial fertility by 18.01%23.25%.The yield can be increased by 2.30%6.84% and the net profit can be increased by 342.65 1574.68 yuan /hm2.CP treatment could increase soil ammonium nitrogen content by 48.65%64.84%,reduce soil apparent nitrification rate by 10.28%12.07%,and increase nitrogen partial fertility by 37.05%41.98%.The yield can be increased by 18.80%23.07% and the net profit can be increased by 3939.16 4271.56 yuan /hm2.(3)The pot experiment showed that T1 significantly reduced the soil apparent nitrification rate by 5%-9% compared with CK,but had no significant effect on wheat nitrogen accumulation,while T2 and T3 treatments had no significant difference,reducing the soil apparent nitrification rate by 7.67%-8% and increasing the soil nitrogen accumulation by 6.13%-12.38%【Conclusion】Among the two pyridine nitrogenous fertilizer synergists,water aqua was better than powder in reducing soil apparent nitrification rate,increasing partial productivity of nitrogen fertilizer,and increasing yield and economic benefit.Adding water nitrogen fertilizer synergist to top dressing could inhibit soil apparent nitrification rate and increase nitrogen content in wheat.
