| As a new type of safe and non-pollution biological source,Chitooligosaccharides are widely used in agriculture.Low temperature and chilling damage in the north has a huge impact on horticultural production.Which not only reduces the quality of plants,but also is closely related to the occurrence of diseases and pests.Therefore,it is of great significance to use Chitooligosaccharides in horticultural plant production to improve seedling quality and enhance plant low temperature tolerance.In this experiment,the melon "10 billion Tangdi" were used as the test materials,the Chitooligosaccharides of different concentrations was treated in different ways at different periods to determine the relevant growth and physiological indicators of the melon seedlings,and to study the quality and low temperature tolerance of the melon seedlings by different treatments.The effect of Chitooligosaccharides on improving the quality of melon seedlings and low temperature tolerance was clarified,and the suitable application period,method,concentration and combination of Chitooligosaccharides were selected to improve the quality and low temperature tolerance of Chitooligosaccharides during the low temperature period in winter and spring.Which can provide theoretical basis for the application.The results are as follows:In this experiment,the concentration of Chitooligosaccharides at different concentrations in different ways in different periods of melon seedlings played a leading role in seedling quality and low temperature tolerance,followed by the method,and the period was the weakest.100 ppm Chitooligosaccharides was the best concentration to improve the quality of melon seedlings and low temperature tolerance.Leaf spray can significantly improve the quality of seedlings.Root irrigation can significantly improve the low temperature tolerance of seedlings.The period of one leaf and one heart can significantly improve the low temperature tolerance of seedlings.The best soaking concentration for improving the quality of melon seedlings and low temperature tolerance is 75 ppm,the leaf spray concentration is 50 ppm,and the root irrigation concentration is 100 ppm.The period of one leaf and one heart,100 ppm Chitooligosaccharides has a better effect on improving the quality of melon,and 50 ppm has better effect on enhancing low temperature tolerance.The period of two leaves and one heart,100 ppm has the most significant effect on improving the quality of melon seedlings and low temperature tolerance.The period of one leaf and one heart,spraying 50 ppm chitooligosaccharides on leaves or100 ppm chitooligosaccharides for root irrigation can significantly enhance the quality of melon seedlings and low temperature tolerance. |
