In this paper, first of all to Chicken eggs, mice, toads and carp for the study of oligosaccharides of different mineral elements of animals to absorb the impact of copper, test results showed that: compared with the control group, Group Chicken chitooligosaccharides increased weight gain 4.26%, the copper content in the liver significantly increased 46.91% (p<0.05), the copper content in the kidney increased 25.41%(p<0.05), blood copper content 19.36%(p<0.05),excretion of copper content increased 85.86%(p<0.01).Pectin oligosacc- haride group of mice with copper added weight increases, 40 pectin oligosaccharide group most obvious effect of weight gain, compared with the control group, four mice were increased weight gain of 23.15%while the small mouse liver, kidney, blood and excreta of copper in the copper content are added with the increased volume, compared with the control group, 40 oligosaccharide groups in the copper content in liver significantly increased 62.31% (p<0.05),the copper content of blood significantly increased 24.42%(p<0.05),40 oligosaccharide group of copper excretion was significantly increased by 73.78%(p<0.01), while the copper content in the kidney there is an upward trend but not significant. Perfusion test results show that the toad and carp every 10 minutes of the intestinal absorption of Cu compared with the control group increased by 55.42% and 31.14%,which is slightly higher than uptake of carp toads,but no significant difference.In order to understand the oligosaccharide can react with copper ions to form chelates, the present study further identified by orthogonal chelate copper chitooligosaccharides the best conditions for the preparation for the mass ratio of 1:2,PH = 6,reaction temperature 20℃, reaction time 20min, and the four factors on copper chelation chitooligosaccharides influence the formation of descending PH>feed mass ratio>reaction temperature>reaction time, and the product detected by IR.Further animal experiments showed that compared with the control group,chelating copper chitooligosaccharides Chicken feed intake to increase 6.98%,average daily gain of 22.60%(p <0.05), F/G reduced 18.75%, and they can enhance the copper Chicken utilization,lower copper excretion,and utilization of growth-promoting effects are superior to copper sulfate.Pectin oligosaccharides copper chelation test results showed that addition of 40ppm of copper,the copper chelate and copper utilization of growth-promoting effects of the best,compared with the control group increased 35.32%weight gain,liver copper content of 70.7%(p <0.05), kidney Cu 19.52%(p <0.05),the copper content in the blood of 17.72(p>0.05), excretion of copper in 78.3%(p<0.01), but the excretion of copper content of copper sulfate group at the same time as opposed to 10.98%lower.High concentrations of copper ions have a strong toxicity on animals, in order to understand chitooligosaccharides chelate copper toxicity, the experiments of neon fish and the acute toxicity tests of copper chelation chitooligosaccharides toxicity results showed that in the same Add the amount of copper and time, the copper chelating group the mortality rate much lower than the copper sulfate group on chitooligosaccharides with after the chelating copper ions significantly reduced its toxicity.
