Study On Farmers’ Willingness To Protect Cultivated Land And Influencing Factors Under The Background Of Cultivated Land Fertility Protection Subsidy Policy

Cultivated land protection is an important basic national policy in China.To this end,China has implemented many policies to support and benefit farmers to actively protect farmland.However,with the development of social economy,the effectiveness of previous policies has gradually decreased.In order to guide and encourage farmers to continue to carry out farmland protection,China carried out three agricultural subsidy reforms in 2016,and adjusted the previous agricultural subsidy policy to "agricultural support and protection subsidy",which is the main component of the current agricultural subsidy policy system.It is to encourage farmers to actively protect cultivated land.This paper first explores the mechanism of farmland protection subsidy policy on farmer’s willingness to protect farmland on the basis of farmer incentive theory,farmer behavior theory,externality theory of farmland utilization,etc.Secondly,descriptively analyzes the farmer households in eight townships Cognition of subsidy policy,subsidy policy effect,awareness of cultivated land protection and cultivated land use behavior;finally,based on field investigations of 309 farmers in Qitai County,Xinjiang,and classifying farmer households based on field investigations and survey data,Use SPSS software to carry out empirical research on ordered Logistic regression model,and finally draw conclusions based on full text analysis,put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the implementation of subsidy policy,guide and encourage farmers to effectively protect cultivated land.The research conclusions show that:first,under the influence of the cultivated land fertility subsidy policy,the farmer’s gender,age,farmer’s type of part-time employment,farmers’ understanding of the cultivated land fertility subsidy policy,farmers’ satisfaction with the cultivated land fertility subsidy policy,and the subsidy policy’s promotion The eight variables of food quality promotion,arable land protection responsibility,and residual film treatment methods have a significant impact on farmers’ willingness to protect arable land;The factors of cultivated land protection are mainly the characteristics of farmers and the cognitive characteristics of cultivated land protection.The main factors affecting the protection of type I cultivated land of part-time farmers are the characteristics of cultivated land subsidy policy.The factors affecting the protection of type II cultivated land for part-time farmers are mainly the recognition of cultivated land subsidy policy and the characteristics of cultivated land protection.Finally,this article combines the results of the empirical analysis with the actual survey of farmers in Qitai County to make recommendations.
