In order to clarify the key technical parameters of the propagation of Anisopteromalus calandrae with Lasioderma serricorne as the host, the effects of temperatures on A.calandrae was investigated in laboratory. The nutritional components of the old mature larvae of L.serricorne parasitized by A.calandrae were determined, and the control ability of the A.calandrae in different ratios of bee insects, different host insect ages, and different space sizes were also studied. Finally, scanning electron microscope was used to observe the species and distribution of antennal sensilla in order to provide basic information for further study of host location and control ability. The results are as follows:1.In the range of 25~35℃,A.calandrae can complete the development of generations, and the development period of the different temperature of A.calandrae have a significant impacted on the development period of each insect state. The development history of each insect state will increase with the increase of temperature. At 25,30 and 35℃,the lifespan of female bees of A.calandrae is significantly different, which are 14.00,11.50 and 9.80 d,respectively. The number of offspring was not significantly different, and the numbers of progencies were 95.50,84.70 and 77.60,respectively.At 25,30,and 35℃,the whole generation period of A.calandrae was 18.68,13.37,and 9.61 d,respectively.Among them,25℃ was most suitable for egg hatching and larval pupation. The developmental threshold temperatures of eggs, larvae, pupae, and preoviposition were 22.55,18.86,10.02,and 23.38℃,respectively,and the effective accumulated temperatures were 5.33,43.69,152.48,and2.90 ℃·d,respectively. The temperature and the development rate of A.calandrae had a significant linear fitting effect.2.Anisopteromalus calandrae can produce offspring from mature larvae of L.serricorne stored at 10,15 and 20°C for 21,19 and 6 days, and as the storage time increases, the progeny rate of parasitic wasps decreases continuously. When stored at 10°C for 1-9 days, the progeny rate of parasitic wasps remained above 71.11%,and none of the hosts could complete their emergence. When stored at 15°C for 1-6 days, the progeny rate of parasitic wasps remained above 60.00%.When stored at 20°C for 1-3 days, the progeny rate of parasitic wasps remained above 51.11%.The linear fitting effect of parasitic wasp emergence rate under different storage temperature is good.3.The nutrient components of the old larvae of L.serricorne that were parasitized by A.calandrae for different periods were determined. When A.calandrae eggs have not hatched, the protein and crude fat content in the host L.serricorne decreases, and the trehalose and glucose increase. After the parasitic wasp larva hatches, the protein, crude fat, trehalose and glucose in the host body drop sharply. The nutrient contents(g/100g)of protein, crude fat, water content, trehalose, glucose and other nutrients in the old mature lavae L.serricorne were7.46,19.15,68.20,0.29,2.38,respectively.The nutrient contents(g/100g)of protein, crude fat, water content, trehalose, glucose and other nutrients in the early emergence A.calandrae were 11.50,8.37,67.70,0.38,0.74,respectively.4.Anisopteromalus calandrae cannot penetrate kraft paper, cartons, filter paper, plastic film and other packaging materials, but can penetrate woven bags, sack bags,single-layer gauze, other packaging materials with a certain pore size and screen meshes with a pore size of 0.7 mm or more. The parasitic rate of A.calandrae to different instars of L.serricorne is significantly different, and only the 6th instar larva and pupae of the parasitized L.serricorne have the offspring of A.calandrae.Within a certain time and space, the parasitic rate of parasitic wasps decreases correspondingly as the number of hosts increases. When the space size is 55 ml and the number of hosts is 5,10,and 15,the parasitic efficiency of parasitic wasps can reach 90%.When the number of hosts is the same, the number of progeny of A.calandrae increases significantly with the prolonging of parasitism. The maximum number of progeny of the female single-headed A.calandrae after 24,48,and 72 h,respectively Reach8.60,18.40 and 20.80 heads. The parasitic rate of A.calandrae decreases with the increase of the space volume. The proliferation range and control ability of A.calandrae continue to improve with the increase of the release time.In a room with a length of 7.43 m and a width of 6.58 m,set up parasitic release points at different positions in the room, and place 20 L.serricorne mature larvae at each point.A total of 1,400 L.serricorne mature larvae are released.600 A.calandrae released at the release point.on 1,2,and 3 days,261.91,566.34,900.32 L.serricorne old larvae were parasitized and 100% of L.serricorne was within a linear distance of 0.85,2.14,and 4.28 m from the release point of the parasitic wasp were paralyzed.5.Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the antennae receptors of the female and male of A.calandrae.A total of aporous type sensilla trichodea, multiporous type sensilla trichodea, multiporous placodea sensilla, basiconic capitate peg sensilla, coeloconic sensilla, uniporous chaetica sensilla were found. There are 7 kinds of susceptors. The female A.calandrae has a total length of 1504.28 μm,a stalk length of 256.15 μm,a stem length of 91.28μm,and a whip 12 subsegment. The total length of the tentacles of the male adult A.calandrae is 1335.71 μm,the stalk length is 221.90 μm,the stem length is 56.38 μm,and the whip has12 subsegment. The width of the antennae of the female and the male of A.calandrae is different, and there are obvious gaps between the adjacent subnodes of the male flagellum node.
