In this study,grape bleeding solution was used to treat three-year-old ’Summer Black’ and’sweet sapphire’ grape fruits.Different concentrations of bleeding solution were used to expand the grapes at flowering and young fruit stages,so as to explore the effects of different concentrations of bleeding solution on the growth,development and quality of grape fruits.The main results are as follows:1.After treatment with bleeding stock solution,the single fruit weight,single spike weight and vertical and horizontal diameter of ’sweet sapphire’ and ’Summer Black’ grapes increased significantly.the soluble solid content,soluble protein content and total anthocyanin content were significantly higher than those of the control.Among them,the improvement effect of’sweet sapphire’ grape was more significant,which was 21.43%,47.79%and 81.80%higher than CK respectively..There was no significant difference in VC content between the two grapes and the control.2.After treatment with bleeding stock solution,the contents of mineral elements Fe,Cu,Zn,CA,Mg,P and K in ’sweet sapphire’ and ’Summer Black’ grape fruits were increased.Bleeding treatment of each concentration had no significant effect on the content of Mn.3.The treatment with bleeding stock solution promoted the accumulation of glucose and fructose in the ripening process of ’sweet sapphire’ and ’Summer Black’ grape fruits.The content of total soluble sugar in ’sweet sapphire’ and ’Summer Black’ grape fruits at the ripening stage increased by 22.06%and 6.14%respectively compared with CK.The content of sucrose decreased compared with the control group,while the contents of glucose and fructose were significantly higher than the control group.the tartaric acid and malic acid contents of grape fruit were further degraded with the growth of fruit.After fruit ripening,the tartaric acid and malic acid contents of ’sweet sapphire’ and ’Summer Black’ grape fruits were significantly lower than those of the control,and the contents of citric acid and succinic acid were significantly increased.After ’sweet sapphire’ was treated with bleeding stock solution,the content of total organic acid decreased by 24.65%compared with the control.There was no significant effect on the content of total organic acid in ’Summer Black’ grape fruit at maturity.4.Treatment with bleeding stock solution can increase the types of aroma components of’sweet sapphire’ grape fruit and increase the content of most aldehydes,ketones,esters and olefins.5.After treatment with bleeding stock solution,the peel thickness of’sweet sapphire’ and’Summer Black’ grapes increased significantly,which increased by 27.03%and 11.84%respectively compared with the control group.
