Application Of Plant Growth Regulators In Table Grape Production

Plant growth regulators have been widely used in table grape production.Its main function is to promote the production of large seedless grape.The effect is not only affected by the use time,concentration,chemical species and other factors,but also by the change of environmental conditions.In production,we use the facility cultivation technology to improve its growth environment,improve the quality and yield.Plant growth regulators have been widely applied in grape production.Gibberellin?GA₃?and cytokinins?such as CPPU,TDZ,6-BA?are mainly used in grape fruit setting and fruit enlargement.The main problems are the side effects caused by excessive use of plant growth regulators,such as high lignification of ear stalk,hardening of fruit,difficult coloring of fruit,delay of ripening period and decline of quality.In this experiment,different concentrations of GA₃ and TDZ combination were used to treat grape flower and ear,and the effects on internal and external fruit quality and ripening period in grape were studied.The aim of this study is to screen out the most suitable concentration combination of GA₃ and TDZ,and provide technical reference for scientific and reasonable application of plant growth regulator in production.In this experiment,The economic benefits of open field and facility grape of fresh food grape were investigated in Jingyang county.Meantime,the treatments of plant growth regulators on inflorescences and young berries was carried out using 5-year-old'Hutai 8'and3-year-old'Sun Shine'as test materials.Different concentrations of GA₃and TDZ were respectiveused to dip the ears at the final flowering stage?90%?,after the anthesis7d and 10d.We come to the following conclusion:1.Because it can avoid autumn rain to reduce fungi diseases and good economic benefits,facility grape is the direction of table grape production development in Jingyang County.2.Considering the effects of plant growth regulators on the physical and chemical properties of fruits,Hutai 8 used 15 mg/L GA₃+0.75 mg/L TDZ solution at the final flowering stage?90%?,and used the concentration of 30 mg/L GA₃+1.5 mg/l every 10days The results showed that TDZ treatment was the best for the second time among the three groups,ear weight was 889.8g,single grain weight was 13.43g,the soluble solid content was17.82%,the acid content was 1.09%and the seedless rate was 32.22%.3.Considering the effects of plant growth regulators on the physical and chemical properties of fruit,the best treatment for"sunshine rose"was 15 mg/L GA₃+0.75 mg/L TDZ solution for the first time 1-2 days after flowering,and the second treatment was 10 days interval.The ear weight was 464.775g,single grain weight was 7.64g,the soluble solid content was 21.53%,the acid content was 1.23%and the seedless rate was 76.65%.
