Lycium barbarum L.is a medicinal and edible plant.Its fruit has not only high nutritional value,medicinal value and economic value,but also the development of wolfberry product structure is becoming younger and diversified.Therefore,this experiment introduced Lycium barbarum L.to three experimental sites in Tianjin to provide a certain theoretical basis for planting Lycium barbarum L.in Tianjin in the future.Taking annual Keqi 2 and annual Ningqi 7 in Tongxin County,Wuzhong City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as experimental materials,this experiment studied the soil properties,phenological period,biomass,photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of Lycium barbarum L.in three experimental sites in Tianjin,Principal component analysis and membership function analysis were used to rank the 27 personality traits of Lycium barbarum L.in three experimental sites in Tianjin,and compared with the provenance,the following conclusions were drawn:The phenological period of Lycium barbarum L.planted in ZJW experimental site and YLQ experimental site is roughly the same from germination to fruit maturity,about 7 days earlier than the seed source;The phenological period in the CPH experimental site is roughly the same as that in the introduction site.The phenological time from germination to fruit ripening of Keqi 2 in ZJW experimental site and YLQ experimental site is only 1D different from that of Ningqi 7 in corresponding sites,and the phenological time from germination to fruit ripening of Keqi 2 in CPH experimental site is about 5D less than that of Ningqi 7.In the three experimental sites,the phenological time of Ningqi 7 was earlier than that of Keqi2.From the perspective of phenology,both Keqi 2 and Ningqi 7 can be planted in Tianjin.Compared with the two varieties,Ningqi 7 is more suitable for introduction.The comprehensive performance of static growth indexes of Ningxia Lycium barbarum L.in the three experimental sites is YLQ experimental site>ZJW experimental site>CPH experimental site.It can be seen from the dynamic changes of biomass that the rapid growth periods of new shoot length,new shoot diameter,ground diameter and plant height of Lycium barbarum L.in the three experimental sites are from early May to early July,from mid May to mid July,from mid May to mid July and from early May to mid June,respectively.From the dynamic final growth of Lycium barbarum L.in three experimental sites,YLQ experimental site>ZJW experimental site>CPH experimental site,Ningqi 7>Keqi 2.The monthly changes of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of Lycium barbarum L.in three experimental sites increased first and then decreased,which was the maximum in September,and the monthly change of intercellular CO2 concentration increased slowly.The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of Lycium barbarum L.showed a double peak type of"increase decrease increase decrease",which reached the maximum at 10:00,and there was a light lunch break phenomenon;The diurnal variation of transpiration rate showed a single peak of"increase decrease",reaching the maximum at 12:00;The diurnal variation of intercellular CO2 concentration showed a single peak of"decrease increase",which was the minimum at10:00,but the net photosynthetic rate was the maximum.From the final photosynthetic capacity of Lycium barbarum L.in three experimental sites,YLQ experimental site>ZJW experimental site>CPH experimental site,Ningqi 7>Keqi 2.The average fruit weight of Lycium barbarum L.in Ningxia is the highest in ZJW experimental site and the lowest in CPH experimental site,but the hardness is the highest in CPH experimental site and is the most resistant to storage and transportation.The contents of ascorbic acid,flavonoids,total phenols and polysaccharides of Lycium barbarum L.were the maximum in YLQ experimental site.The betaine performance of Keqi 2 was YLQ experimental site>ZJW experimental site>CPH experimental site,and the betaine performance of Ningqi 7 was ZJW experimental site>YLQ experimental site>CPH experimental site.From the final photosynthetic capacity of Lycium barbarum L.in three experimental sites,YLQ experimental site>ZJW experimental site>CPH experimental site,Ningqi 7>Keqi 2.Principal component analysis and membership function analysis were used to rank the 27personality indexes of Lycium barbarum L.on three experimental sites.The results obtained by the two analysis methods were the same as YLQ experimental site Ningqi 7>ZJW experimental site Ningqi 7>YLQ experimental site Keqi 2>CPH experimental site Ningqi7>ZJW experimental site Keqi 2>CPH experimental site Keqi 2,The results showed that Ningqi 7 had the best growth performance and was most suitable for introduction on YLQ experimental site;Keqi 2 had the worst growth performance on CPH experimental site and was not suitable for introduction.
