Quality Evaluation And Promotion Countermeasure Of The Cultivated Land In Yueyang County

As a specific type of land,cultivated land is scarce and irreplaceable,it is the basic resource for human survival.In the 21 st century,with the continuous increase of population and the decrease of cultivated land per capita,the government has adopted a series of protection measures,which effectively prevent cultivated land decline and play a positive role.Quality evaluation can systematically and comprehensively evaluate the current situation of cultivated land and provide reference for the rational use.The purpose of carrying out cultivated land quality evaluation in Yueyang County is to get the present state and the proportion and distribution of different cultivated land grades through the division of cultivated land quality grades.It also provide reference and basis for the improvement and scientific utilization of cultivated land and agricultural production.This study collected the data of land change in Yueyang County in 2017,the data of the second soil survey,and the data of soil testing of Yueyang County with GPS positioning in the past 10 years.The database was established by cultivated land resource management system and GIS."he cultivated land quality level "(GB/T 33469-2016)and "the national evaluation index system of cultivated land quality level " determined evaluation index number,the index weight,membership function and hierarchy index.The comprehensive cultivated land quality index of each evaluation unit is determined by the cumulative addition method,and finally the cultivated land quality grade of Yueyang County is divided by the cumulative curve method.The cultivated land in Yueyang County is divided into ten grades.Fourth-class and fifth-class land took the most part,accounting for 23.50% and 24.35%.First-class land and tenth-class land have the smallest area,accounting for 0.25% and 0.89%.The overall level of soil organic matter in Yueyang County is relatively high,the available phosphorus and available potassium is unevenly distributed,and the soil in Yueyang County is generally acidic.Soil acidification and warterlogging are the main limiting factors.Lime combined with farm manure or plant ash can neutralize acidic soil and improve soil fertility.At the same time,the cultivated land quality can be improved by building irrigation and drainage facilities,paddy rice-upland rotation etc.
