Research On The Update Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Quality Grade For Land Consolidation Projects

Land consolidation is an important engineering measure to increase the area of effective cultivated land,improve the quality of cultivated land,improve the productivity of arable land and protect food security.Scientific and reasonable evaluation of cultivated land quality after land consolidation is an important work content to accurately evaluate the performance of land consolidation and master the real cultivated land quality.Based on the existing agricultural land classification and grading two sets of cultivated land quality evaluation system,the influence of land leveling,irrigation and water conservancy and field roads on quality level of cultivated land is systematically analyzed.The evaluation index system of cultivated land quality change driving factors was set up combined with the characteristics of the project,the result of classification evaluation was modified by agricultural land classification correction method,and agriculture land grading of the evaluation index correction method.Comprehensive use of Delphi,AHP and mathematical methods to determine the degree of influence weights and evaluation factors and evaluation index quantification is realized by GIS technology.Finally,an empirical study was carried out on Land consolidation project of Liantie township in Eryuan County.The research results can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the evaluation of the quality of cultivated land.The specific research content and achievements include:(1)The law of influence of remediation project on farmland quality level includes: The regular engineering measures such as land leveling,irrigation and drainage have a direct impact on the quality of cultivated land grade.Meanwhile,field roads,farmland protection and ecological conservation and other projects have indirect impact on the quality of cultivated land grade,this means that the external factors of agricultural land classification have an impact on the quality of cultivated land,so it is necessary to establish a correction system for the level of land use and to reasonably determine the quality grade of cultivated land by using agricultural land classification correction method.Because regulation project affects the index factor of grade at the same time,so the quality grade of cultivated land should be corrected by setting up the index system of grading evaluation under the guidance of gradation theory.(2)Agricultural land classification correction method: The direct influencing factors such as the quality of cultivated land were modified.With supplementation to other factors that have indirect effects on the quality of cultivated land,this comprehensive use of Delphi,AHP and mathematical methods to determine the degree of influence weights and evaluation factors,establish a land use level supplementary correction system,and corrected the land use coefficient by GIS assignment,last make sure to use grade and economy grade.Agriculture land grading of the evaluation index correction method: Combined with the engineering characteristics,the grading factors that affect the quality level of cultivated land were selected,and the correction system of evaluation index was established to modify the utilization grade of the original farmland classification system.(3)Two methods are used to evaluate the quality of the cultivated land in the actual land renovation project,the results of the calculation by the agricultural land classification correction method show that: after renovation,the average natural grade were raised 0.4,the cultivated land using grade were raised 0.1-2.8,and the average using grade were raised 1.0,the average using grade is 9.6,and the comprehensive economic grade in the research area were improved 0.5.The results of the agriculture land grading of the evaluation index correction method show that: the average utilization grade of the revised calculation after calculation is 9.8,which is 0.6 higher than that of the original farmland classification system.The comparison of the results of two kinds of correction methods to calculate the using grade of cultivated land shows that the overall agreement is basically consistent.
