It is of great significance to mine genes related to appearance and processing quality traits for rice quality improvement.This study takes 300 genetic variability of rice germplasm resources(Sequenced)as experimental materials,in 4 environments(Hainan Sanya,Guangdong Shenzhen,Guangxi Nanning,Jiangxi Pingxiang),9 rice appearances and Phenotype of processing quality(grain length,grain width,grain length to width ratio,thousand grain weight,the percentage of grains with chalkiness,degree of endosperm chalkiness,brown rice rate,milled rice rate,head milled rice rate),combined with all genome distribution 300rice-snp high-quality SNP allocrene Relevance analysis,mining control of the key sites of rice appearance and processing quality,explore the genetic mechanism for controlling rice appearance and processing quality,and provides guidance information to accelerate the cultivation of high quality high-yield rice through the molecular pathway.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The test material is diversified,and the phenotype varies rich.The distribution of the grinding quality phenotype is basically the same,and the brown rice rate is mainly concentrated between 64.77-83.55%,the milled rice rate is mainly concentrated in46.44-75.22%,the head milled rice rate is distributed at 17.82.-76.81%.The thousand grain weight are mainly distributed between 5.16-36.08 g,the grain length range from 6.55 to 10.65 mm,the grain width range from 2.00 to 3.78 mm,the grain length to width ratio range from2.08-4.91,the percentage of grains with chalkiness ranged between 4.43-100.00%,the degree of endosperm chalkiness is mainly distributed between 0.96-73.75%.2.Correlation analysis between different sexualities indicates that the correlation between appearance and processing quality indicators is stable in different environments,and the related performance between different types of sexy is complicated.Through the results of the quality of quality sexual inter-regional inter-environmental conditions under the four environmental conditions of Shenzhen,Jiangxi,Guangxi and Hainan found: The general law of the quality of quality in the four environmental conditions is basically consistent,and the difference is small.The brown rice rate and the particle width of Shenzhen are extremely relevant,while the relationship between the other three regions is not significant;the brown rice rate of Shenzhen and Hainan is extremely significant and negatively related.Jiangxi and Guangxi two environmental conditions,the curl is low,and the clutter is relatively correlated,and the brown rice rate under the broad environmental conditions of Guangxi is lower positive correlation,not significant;four The thousands of grains under the environmental conditions,the grain width,the white granules,the whiteness of the white,and the other characteristics and the chalcogen grain rate are extremely significantly negatively correlated,and the white grain rate and chalk white.The degree is highly affected by thousands of weight and particle width.3.The results of the total genome association analysis of 300 partial germplasm resources showed that 13 QTLs that were significantly associated with appearance and processing quality traits were detected in four environments.There are five QTLs that control the brown rice,which are q BRR2,q BRR3,q BRR6,q BRR10,q BRR11,located on the 2,3,6,10,11chromosomes;3 QTLs of the hydration rice,respectively,q MRR1,q MRR4,q MRR10,is located on the 1,4,10 chromosomes;1 QTL of the grain length is q GL3,located on the third chromosome;the QTL of the control particle width detects 1,q GW5,located in the 5th chromosome On;invoicing you work long-bearing QTL detected 2,q GLWR3,q GLWR5,located on the chr3,chr5;QTL of the chalk grain rate is detected,which is a q PGWC5 in the5 th chromosome.
