Effects Of Intercropping Between Flue-cured Tobacco And Three Kinds Of Chinese Herbal Medicines On Soil Biological Properties And Tobacco Leaf Quality

Abstract/Summary:
The continuous cropping of flue-cured tobacco results in obstacles to continuous cropping,lower yield and quality of tobacco leaves,and lower economic income of tobacco farmers.In this experiment,NC102 was selected as the experimental material,and the treatments of single cropping of flue-cured tobacco,intercropping of flue-cured tobacco and Agastache rugose,intercropping of flue-cured tobacco and perilla,and intercropping of flue-cured tobacco and isatis were set up in Mengyin,Linyi,Shandong,respectively.Nutrient elements in the soil of tobacco fields under different treatments were measured and compared.The content,microbial quantity,enzyme activity,tobacco leaf output value,tobacco leaf chemical composition,and output value of three Chinese herbal medicines(Agastache rugose,Perilla and Isatis)provide a theoretical basis for the application of intercropping mode in the sustainable and high-quality development of tobacco.The results of this study show that:In terms of soil biological properties,intercropping of flue-cured tobacco and three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines can increase soil available nitrogen and phosphorus content,soil bacteria and actinomycetes numbers,soil urease and sucrase activities,and reduce soil available potassium content and soil Fungal population.Compared with the single cropping treatment of flue-cured tobacco,soil available nitrogen content and available phosphorus content of flue-cured tobacco and Agastache rugose intercropping were increased by 16.84%and 114.25%,respectively;flue-cured tobacco and perilla intercropping were increased by24.17% and 124.72%,respectively.The treatments increased by 20.97% and 128.34%;compared with the flue-cured tobacco single-cropping treatment,the soil bacteria and actinomycetes of the flue-cured tobacco and Agastache rugose intercropping treatment increased by 32.35% and 144.47% respectively;the flue-cured tobacco and perilla intercropping treatment increased by 39.77% and 132.21%;the intercropping of flue-cured tobacco and isatis increased by 34.38% and 110.83%,respectively;compared with the single-cropping of flue-cured tobacco,the soil urease activity and invertase activity of intercropping of flue-cured tobacco and Agastache rugose increased by 70.29% and 52.86%,respectively;flue-cured tobacco and perilla frutescens The intercropping treatments increased by 89.11% and 37.82% respectively;the intercropping treatments of flue-cured tobacco and isatis indigotica increased by 78.99% and 22.64% respectively.In terms of chemical composition of tobacco leaves,compared with the intercropping of three Chinese herbal medicines,the chemical composition of tobacco leaves is more harmonious and balanced.The reducing sugar,total sugar content,nicotine content and potassium content of flue-cured tobacco leaves were increased in the intercropping of Chinese herbal medicine compared with flue-cured tobacco single-cropping.were 9.76,9.82,and 8.21,respectively,and the nitrogen-base ratios were 0.74,0.73,and 0.62,respectively.In terms of the output value of flue-cured tobacco,the intercropping of flue-cured tobacco and three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines can increase the average price of flue-cured tobacco,the proportion of high-quality tobacco and the comprehensive output value of tobacco fields to varying degrees.The average prices of tobacco leaves in the intercropping treatment of flue-cured tobacco and Agastache rugose,intercropping flue-cured tobacco and perilla,and intercropping flue-cured tobacco and isatis were 30.83 yuan/kg,30.62 yuan/kg and 30.41 yuan/kg,respectively.The price of tobacco increased by 3.53%,2.82% and 2.87%,respectively;the proportion of high-quality tobacco was 68.41%,70.71%,69.68%,which was increased by 5.44%,8.38% and 7.56% compared with the single-crop treatment of flue-cured tobacco;the comprehensive output value benefit of tobacco fields They were 5571.48 yuan,5607.59 yuan and 5721.22 yuan respectively,which were increased by 32.03%,33.64% and 37.17% respectively compared with the flue-cured tobacco single-cropping treatment.Based on the above research and analysis,it can be seen that flue-cured tobacco intercropping Agastache rugose,perilla and Isatis indigotica can improve soil biological properties,improve tobacco quality and increase tobacco field income.
