| In order to explore the effect of water and nitrogen management on the grain yield and quality of late sowing‘Jinnong7’in winter wheat area in eastern Hebei Province. In this study, the strong-gluten wheat‘Jinnong7’was used as the experimental material. The split-plot design is adopted, and the water and nitrogen time is the main area:top-dressing nitrogen irrigation during the greening period(T1),top-dressing nitrogen irrigation during the rising period(T2),and top-dressing nitrogen irrigation during the jointing period(T3);each nitrogen application amount is a sub-plot:base application120 kg N/hm~2+topdressing 120 kg N/hm~2(N1),base application 90 kg N/hm~2+topdressing 120 kg N/hm~2(N2),base application Apply 120 kg N/hm~2+topdressing90 kg N/hm~2(N3).After the spring, the spring 1 water and the flowering water were irrigated, and the amount of each irrigation was 600m~3/hm~2.The results of the study are as follows:1.Water and nitrogen management had a significant effect on the grain yield and number of grains per ear of late sowing‘Jinnong7’,but had no significant effect on1000-grain weight and number of panicles per hectare. There was no significant difference in thousand-kernel weight between T1,T2 and T3 treatments under all nitrogen fertilization treatments. The grain yield of wheat under different treatments was 8734.82 kg/hm~2-9763.22 kg/hm~2,while the grain yield of T2N1 and T2N2treatments was significantly higher than that of other treatments, and the yield difference between T2N1 and T2N2 was not significant, but nitrogen fertilizer under T2N2 treatment was more Productivity was significantly higher than T2N1 and T2N3treatments.2.Water and nitrogen management had a significant effect on the accumulation and transport of dry matter and nitrogen in late sowing‘Jinnong7’.There was no significant difference in dry matter accumulation at the rising stage, jointing stage and booting stage of wheat under T1,T2 and T3 treatments;the dry matter accumulation of N1 and N2 treatments at the mature stage was significantly higher than that of N3treatment,and there was no difference between N1 and N2 treatments.Significantly.Nitrogen accumulation in mature grains under T3 treatment was significantly higher than that under T1 treatment. The nitrogen harvest index was the highest under T3N1and T3N2 treatments, and there was no significant difference level with T2N2.3.Water and nitrogen management had a significant effect on the grain quality of late sowing‘Jinnong7’.The wet gluten content of grain flour in T2 and T3 treatments was higher than that in T1 treatment. The sedimentation value under T3N1 treatment was not significantly different from T3N2 treatment, but the difference between T3N1,T3N2 treatment and T3N3 treatment was significant. The total starch content of wheat grains was 61.17%-70.6%.There was no significant difference in total starch content between T2N1 and T2N2 treatments, but it was significantly higher than that of T2N3treatments.The grain protein content of T2N3 and T3N3 treatments was significantly higher than that of other treatments. To sum up,under the conditions of this experiment, comprehensive results of late sowing‘Jinnong7’grain yield, dry matter and nitrogen accumulation and transport, grain starch, protein and component content, flour wet gluten content and sedimentation value, etc. The optimal treatment was 90 kg N/hm~2,topdressing 120 kg N/hm~2 and irrigating 600 m~3/hm~2(T2N2)during the rising period. |
