| With the rapid development of the sweet cherry industry, the cultivation area of sweet cherry in China is increasing, and has become the largest country in the world. The existing problems of sweet cherry are that the root system is shallow, the root-shoot ratio is small, and the root system is underdeveloped. The reason for this phenomenon is that soil limits the development of roots,so improving root quality is the center of sweet cherry production research. The traditional cultivated soil is not conducive to the development of sweet cherry roots. Some studies have shown that the artificial mixed matrix can be used to obtain a matrix suitable for the growth of sweet cherry with complementary advantages. The composite matrix is usually composed of several single matrices with different proportions.Due to the different structures and properties of each matrix material, the strength of the composite material can be improved, its shortcomings can be avoided, and their shortcomings can be overcome. The root growth status of sweet cherry was improved by adjusting the cultivation matrix, and the soil organic matter content and nutrient level were increased,so that sweet cherry was in a good growth environment. The root activity of sweet cherry was improved, and the plant growth was enhanced,so as to achieve early and highquality production of sweet cherry. In this study,water-washed cow dung, fermented sheep dung and peat soil were used as materials to mix with garden soil in a certain proportion. The effects of physical and chemical properties, nutrient content, and microbial diversity of different substrates on plant growth status, root endogenous hormones, and nutrient content in various parts were studied. The factors affecting the growth of sweet cherry were explored, and the mixed substrate commonly used in production for the growth and development of sweet cherry was screened,so as to provide a theoretical basis for sweet cherry cultivation. The main results of this experiment are as follows:1.The basic physicochemical properties of the matrix can be changed by adding different matrices and mixing them in a certain proportion with the garden soil. After the washed fermented cow manure and garden soil were mixed at 1:1,the bulk density decreased, the water retention increased, the p H value increased, and the soil hydrolytic nitrogen, available phosphorus, organic matter content, calcium content and magnesium content increased.Plant height increases, the number of new shoots increases, and root total nitrogen content increases.Reduction in the number of outs specific to stromal bacteria and fungi.2.After mixing the fermented sheep manure and the garden soil at 1:4,the bulk density decreased, the water retention increased, the p H value increased, and the soil hydrolytic nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, organic matter content, calcium content and magnesium content increased, but the conductivity rose to a higher level. The height of the plant increased the most, and the total potassium content in the branches and the total phosphorus content in the roots increased significantly. The number of outs specific to stromal bacteria and fungi decreased, and the relative abundance of ascomycota increased significantly, which was the most different from the bacterial species composition of garden soil.3.After the grass charcoal soil and garden soil are mixed according to 1:1,the bulk density is reduced, the water retention is increased, the p H value is reduced, the soil organic matter content and calcium content are increased, and the available phosphorus content is reduced. The height of the plant increased significantly, the dry thickness increased significantly, the number of outs unique to stromal bacteria and fungi increased, and the relative abundance of Proteobacteria increased significantly, which was the largest difference with the fungal species composition of the garden soil.In summary, after the fermentation of sheep manure and garden soil are mixed according to 1:4,the sweet cherry plant is strong, larger and rich in nutrients, which is the most suitable cultivation substrate for the sweet cherry variety ’Meizao’ of Gisela No.6. |
