Abstract/Summary:
Camellia oleifera Abel.is the main economic tree species in southern my country.It has a long history of planting and plays a key role in the context of my country’s current efforts to ensure food security.Camellia oleifera,as a plant with flowers and fruits in the same period,is called "a thousand flowers and one fruit".Therefore,the related state of Camellia oleifera flowers plays a crucial role in yield.And the Cenruan No.3 variety of Camellia oleifera with balanced growth was sprayed with different concentrations of various plant growth regulators to study the flowering rate,style length,stigma exposure,and fruit setting rate of Camellia oleifera,hoping to apply plant growth regulators in actual production.In order to promote the high and stable yield of Camellia oleifera,it can improve the flowering rate,fruit setting rate,extend the length of the style,and increase the prominence of the stigma,and provide relevant theoretical basis for future research.The main test results and research conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis of flower bud flowering of Camellia oleifera by different treatments:through the analysis of flower flowering rate of Camellia oleifera by different treatments,it is found that all treatments can significantly improve the flowering rate of Camellia oleifera,which can form flowers early,improve the flowering rate of Camellia oleifera,and advance the flowering phenological period,From large to small,the flowering rate was0.08mg/l brassinolide > 5mg / L sodium dinitrophenol > 10 mg / L sodium dinitrophenol >30mg / L cytokinin > 1500 mg / L Paclobutrazol > 500 mg / L boric acid > 150 mg / L gibberellic acid > 10 mg / L cytokinin > 300 mg / L gibberellic acid > 750 mg / L Paclobutrazol > control.The flowering rate of the control group was the lowest,21.71%,and the flowering rate of 0.08mg/l brassinolide treatment was the highest,51.05%.(2)Analysis of different treatments on style growth and stigma exposure of Camellia oleifera: through the analysis of the effects of different treatments on style length and stigma exposure length of Camellia oleifera,it is found that each treatment has a certain increase in the length of pistil style of Camellia oleifera,but the style elongation of some treatments is not obvious,The order of style length from large to small is 30 mg / L cytokinin > 500 mg / L boric acid > 150 mg / L gibberellic acid > 750 mg / L Paclobutrazol >10mg / L sodium dinitrophenol > 300 mg / L gibberellic acid > 1500 mg / L Paclobutrazol =0.08mg/l brassinolide > 5mg / L sodium dinitrophenol > 10 mg / L cytokinin > control.The length of style treated with 30 mg / L cytokinin is the longest,14.82 mm,and the lowest,13.60mm;The degree of stigma exudation of Camellia oleifera was increased to some extent by different treatments.The effect of partial treatment was not obvious.The highest degree of stigma exposure was 750mg/L Paclobutrazol treatment,the exposed length was1.39 mm,the exposure degree of the control group was the lowest,and the exposure length was-0.42 mm.(3)Analysis of different treatments on the fruit setting rate of Camellia oleifera:through the analysis of the impact of different treatments on the fruit setting rate,it is found that each treatment has a certain impact on the fruit setting rate of Camellia oleifera.The fruit setting rate is 0.08mg/l brassinolide > 1500 mg / L Paclobutrazol > 30 mg / L cytokinin > 10 mg / L sodium dinitrophenol > 750 mg / L Paclobutrazol > 500 mg / L boric acid > 10 mg / L cytokinin > 5mg / L sodium dinitrophenol > 150 mg / L gibberellic acid >control > 300 mg / L gibberellic acid,Among them,0.08mg/l brassinolide had the highest fruit setting rate of 38.38%,the control group had the highest fruit setting rate of 18.49%,and 300 mg / L gibberellic acid had the lowest fruit setting rate of 15.68%.Although it had a certain inhibitory effect,it had no significant difference with the control group.(4)Correlation analysis between fruit setting rate and flowering rate,style length and stigma exposure degree of Camellia oleifera: through the analysis of linear correlation and comprehensive correlation between fruit setting rate and flowering rate,style length and stigma exposure degree of Camellia oleifera,it is found that the linear correlation coefficient from large to small is flowering rate > stigma exposure degree > style length,There was a linear correlation between flowering rate(r = 0.542,P = 0.09 < 0.01)and stigma exposure(r = 0.474,P = 0.026 < 0.05)and fruit setting rate,but there was no linear correlation between style length and fruit setting rate;The comprehensive correlation coefficient from large to small is style length(0.6983)> flowering rate(0.6628)> stigma exposure(0.2878).The comprehensive correlation between fruit setting rate and style length is the highest;Through cluster analysis,10 treatments can be divided into three categories.The first category includes 0.08mg/l Brassinolide and 1500mg/l Paclobutrazol,the second category includes 30 mg / L cytokinin,750 mg / L Paclobutrazol,10 mg / L cytokinin,500 mg / L boric acid and 10 mg / L sodium dinitrophenol,and the third category includes 300 mg / L gibberellic acid,control,100 mg / L gibberellic acid and 5mg / L sodium dinitrophenol.On the whole,0.08mg/L brassinolide and 1500mg/L paclobutrazol are most suitable for practical production.The flowering rate of Camellia oleifera treated with 0.08mg/L brassinolide is 51.05%,style length is 14.36 mm,stigma The exposed length is 1.08 mm,the fruit setting rate is 38.38%,the flowering rate of 1500mg/L paclobutrazol is 42.75%,the style length is 14.36 mm,the exposed length of the stigma is 0.90 mm,and the fruit setting rate is 32.37%,which can effectively promote the flowering and enlargement of Camellia oleifera.Flowering rate,lengthening style,promoting stigma exposure,and increasing fruit setting rate.
