Camellia oleifera is a China's important strategic economic tree specie, not only relates the livelihood of the people,the more for social and economic development, the article through to different sites and different camellia varieties, using different management means (NPK, mowasture and plant growth regulator) and different experimental design,through the investigation and determination of the relevant index camellia growth and data analyswas,the result as follows:(1)The growth of spring shoots best concentration of BRs was 0.067 mg·l-1;The growth of fall shoots best concentration of BRs was 0.025 mg·l-1; The largest Increase the value of new leaves Spad value when concentration of BRs was 0.033 mg·l-1;The largest Increase the value of old leaves Spad value when concentration of BRs was 0.050 mg·l-1;The highest camellia yield when concentration of BRs was 0.050 mg·l-1; The highest camellia seed ratio when concentration of BRs was 0.050 mg·l-1; The highest one thousand camellia seed weight when concentration of BRs was 0.067 mg·l-1.(2) Apply camellia special fertilizer, spraying 0.020 mg·l-1 concentration of BR have high yield and large size fruit;when apply camellia special fertilizer,spraying 0.067 mg·l-1 concentration of BR have high kernel ratio,spraying 0.033 mg·l-1 concentration of BR have high oil yield; SPAD value and K plaied a main role for oil production.(3)Photosynthesis rate the best treatment was Chang-Lin 166,compound fertilizer and concentration BRs 0.067 mg·l-1;Weight of one hundred the best treatment was Chang-Lin 18,organic fertilizer and concentration BRs 0.020 mg·l-1Rate of seed the best treatment was Chang-Linl8,organic fertilizer and concentration BRs 0.020 mg·l-1;The kernel rate best treatment was Chang-Lin 166,specialty fertilizer and concentration BRs 0.020 mg·l-1;Oil yield the best theatment was Chang-Lin4,specialty fertilizer and concentration BRs 0.033 mg·l-1.(4)When the treatment was Chang-Lin 18, N2P2K2 and 0.067 mg·l-1 BR,the tree's height, crown product, old leaves SPAD value and rate of seeds all have the best performance;When the treatment was Chang-Lin 18, N1P1K1 and 0.067 mg·l-1 BRs, the tree have the maximum ground diameter, new leaves SPAD value and yield;When the treatment was Chang-Lin 4, N2P2K2 and 0.033 mg·l-1 BR, the tree leaves have the maximum photosynthesis.(5) IAA is the key factors of influence leaves SPAD value and yield of Camellia;GA is the key factors of influence the K content of leaves;GA and CTK interaction is the key factor of influence flowering time;IAA, GA and CTK interaction is the key factor of influence dry matter accumulation; IAA and BRs is the key factor of influence P content of leaves; IAA and GA is the key factor of influence the kernel oil rate and seed rate; CTK and BRs interaction is the key factor of influence N content of leaves;In May and Oct spraying 10 mg·l-1IAA,10 mg·l-1GA, 10mg·l-1CTK and 0.001 mg·l-1 BRs Chuang-Lin 53 the earliest flowering; In May and September Spraying 10 mgl-1 IAA,0.1 mg·l-1 GA,0.1 mg·l-1 CTK and 0.001 mg·l-1 BRs the SPAD Value was the highest; In May and September Spraying 0.1 mg·l-1IAA,0.1 mg·l-1 GA, 10mg·l-1 CTK and 0.001 mgT'BRs the dry matter accumulation was the highest;In May and Oct,spraying 1 mg·l-1 IAA,1mg·l-1GA, 10mg·l-1CTK and 0.01mg·l-1 BRs the leaves of P content was the highest; In May and September Spraying 1 mg·l-1IAA,1 mg·l-1GA,10mg·l-1CTK and 0.1 mg·l-1BRs the leaves of N content was the highest.(6)BRs and water the key factors for Camellia growth; When N was 239.9992g, P was Og, K was 240g, the water was 4.9849 kg, BR was 0.0273 mg·l-1the leave reached a maximum dry matter content; When N was 240g, P was Og, K to Og, the water was 20kg, BR was 0 mg·l-1 the leave reached a maximum N content; N was 91.0119g, P was 54.7182g, K was 136.8397g, water 8.9093kg, BR was 0.03611 mg·l-1 the leave reached a maximum P content; When N was Og, P was 120g, K was 240g, water 20kg, BR was 0 mg·l-1the leave reached a maximum K content; when N was Og, P was Og, K was 240g, water Okg, BR was 0 mg·l-1, the theoretical yield up to 11.5499kg; when N was 240g, P was 120g, K was 240g, water Okg, BR was 0 mg·l-1, the theoretical oil yield up to 60.16%; When N was 240g, P was Og, K for the 60g, water as ,20kg, BR was 0 mg·l-1 the flowering head 72.14 days.
