ObjectiveBy observing the Arthroscope of rotator cuff repair to cure rotator cuff tear combined type Ⅱ acromion of the patient’s clinical curative effect, for clinical shoulder peak on patients with rotator cuff repair with Ⅱ provide clinical evidence for the selection of operative methods.MethodsFor clinical randomized controlled studies, this study selected guangdong hospital in October 2019-January 2020,meet into the exclusion criteria of 50 patients with rotator cuff injury combined type Ⅱ acromion.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group(rotator cuff repair under shoulder arthroscopy combined with acromioplasty)and control group(rotator cuff repair under shoulder arthroscopy alone),with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group underwent acromioplasty on the basis of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, while patients in the control group underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair without acromioplasty.Patients in each group received the same postoperative care, treatment and rehabilitation.VAS scores and constant-murley shoulder function scores at 1,6 and 12 weeks after surgery were recorded.Patients in each group were recorded whether there were any adverse reactions during the trial.SPSS 25.0 was used for data entry and statistical analysis.Results1.VAS score of patients in the two groups decreased gradually with the advance of time(P<0.05),that is,the pain gradually improved. There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at 1,6 and 12 weeks after surgery.2.The difference of constant-murley shoulder function score between the two groups at 6 weeks after surgery was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the shoulder function of the test group was superior to that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the scores of Constant-murley shoulder function at 1 and 12 weeks after surgery.Over time, the patient’s Constant-murley shoulder function score gradually increased, that is,the shoulder function gradually recovered.ConclusionIn terms of pain, there was no difference between arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff and it combined acromioplasty, however, arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff combined acromioplasty could promote joint function and early rehabilitation.
