China is a country with frequent natural disasters,with a wide variety of disasters,wide distribution and high incidence.With China’s rapid economic development and the acceleration of the social transformation process,the major social contradictions in China have been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.Various emergencies have frequently appeared.The public events that are getting worse not only affect the good momentum of economic stability,but also endanger the safety of people’s lives and property.Based on the height of social stability,it is imperative to establish and improve the emergency emergency response system and improve the ability of basic units to deal with emergency.Blood supply institutions,as public health institutions,are responsible for safeguarding people’s rights and interests in life and health.It is of theoretical value and practical significance to improve the mechanism of emergency support for basic units and improve the ability of emergency management.After many years of efforts,our country has made great progress in emergency management laws and regulations,institutional construction,planning and evaluation,but in emergency management capacity has not yet formed a systematic and scientific management theory method.Taking the ability of emergency management of Beijing blood center as the research object,this paper expounds the characteristics,hazards and whole process risk management of public emergency through literature research and comparative analysis,and constructs the theoretical framework of emergency management of Beijing blood.This paper analyzes the existing problems of emergency management and puts forward some strategies and paths to optimize the ability of emergency management of blood.
