Research On The Application And Development Of Grassroots Intelligent Auxiliary Diagnostic System

[Purpose] Through the analysis of the application problems and application environment of the intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system in Grassroots medical institutions in China,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of the application intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system in Grassroots medical institutions in China,and provides some reference for the Grassroots medical and health institutions in China to play a greater service role through the intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system.[Methods] This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and model analysis method to carry out the research.By means of literature research,the research status and theoretical basis of Grassroots medical and health institutions and intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system at home and abroad are combed,and the medical personnel and patients of Grassroots medical and health institutions are investigated by questionnaire survey and interview method on the application of the system to the grass-roots level.SWOT model is used to evaluate and analyze the internal and external conditions of the application of intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system in Grassroots medical and health institutions in all aspects.[Results](1)The concepts of Grassroots medical and health institutions,intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system,system management,rational behavior,technology acceptance model and so on are defined.(2)Based on the covered medical content,the intelligent assistant diagnostic system used in the market is divided into four categories: synthesis,specialty,early warning and image recognition.(3)The application analysis framework of basic-level intelligent assistant diagnosis system,including system management,technology acceptance model and rational behavior,is constructed.The data from questionnaires and interviews have further strengthened the analysis.(4)The suggestions of improving the application and development application and development level of intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system at the grass-roots level: perfecting the relevant management system,constructing the system guarantee system and standardizing the construction of data standardization.[Conclusions] The research results,such as the analysis contents,the analysis framework,the application and development suggestion of the grass-roots intelligent auxiliary diagnostic system,have carried out the strategic objectives of the three stages of artificial intelligence development in 2020,2025 and 2030,and have also met the requirements of the state.[Innovation and Limitation] The previous literature on the combination of intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system and Grassroots medical and health institutions is very scarce,this paper further improves the research on the application of intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system in Grassroots medical institutions;And for the first time to improve the application and development of Grassroots intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system,to promote the application and development of Grassroots intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system to provide a certain reference value.However,due to the wide distribution of Grassroots medical and health institutions in China and the influence of local economic development level,the application level of Grassroots medical and health institutions to intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system in different regions is not balanced.
