The development of social science and technology and the demand of human being's health are benefit for medical apparatus and instruments.In recent years,the excellent performance of western medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment in clinical and scientific researches led to the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine and science and technology.The application and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment has always been the concern of the majority of medical issues.Nowadays,we are in an age of collecting and gathering information.The combination of a variety of network platform and medical information will inevitably lead to the change of medical model In 2016,the State Council issued the first Chinese medicine development strategic planning in which proposed for the promotion of the "Internet+" traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)related policy guidance aiming at promoting new medical service mode with Chinese characteristics such as TCM telemedicine,mobile medical,health care and other intellectual,establishing the medical service system of TCM "Preventive Treatment of Disease" and promoting the construction of the characteristic of Chinese Medicine.Thus,research on identification of digital and quantitative information of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment system will be the main direction and hot spots of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment in the next fifteen years.Nowadays,under the rapid development of science and technology,it has entered the era of big data.Massive data has already caused a profound impact on traditional Chinese medicine information which is reflected in the attention of Chinese medical information data accuracy and their correlation.Guided by basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the relevant biology technology as key information available for human diagnostics,the digitized and quantitative diagnostic auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system is the integration of modern biology hardware,software technology and human diagnostic characteristic information which has realized the subjective and objective combination of differentiation of symptoms and signs,diagnostic information integration and participation of the digitized and quantitative form.On this basis,the establishment of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment data platform and i-cloud computing platform is the interpretation and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment mode which will lead to the integration with the health of China's cloud services program.1.Purpose1.1(1)To further excavate the reference system of diagnosis and treatment in TCM"Preventive Treatment of Disease" theory in the application of the four diagnostic methods,hence to discuss the development and use of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment in the community medical treatment mode and primary health care;(2)Based on the former research on identification of sub-health by four diagnostic auxiliary system,to explore the standards and distribution of sub-health syndrome classification of different types,further to provide some objective basis and corresponding guidance for further application of four diagnostic auxiliary system.1.2 To compare the analysis of differentiation between clinical diagnosis and four diagnostic auxiliary apparatus and explore the application of four diagnostic auxiliary apparatus on personalized information recognition and its further use possibility of new cloud community medical service.Through the clinical application of collecting clinical disease diagnostic information personalized features by digitized and quantitative diagnostic auxiliary system,to acquire personalized diagnostic information features of chronic disease,and to provide data support for further use of four diagnostic auxiliary apparatus on primary screening of chronic diseases.1.3 To establish the network of health services platform based on digital and quantitative four diagnostic system,four diagnosis micro-platform and individualized health management database,therefore to provide objective evidence for the public health service of digital Chinese Medicine.To discuss the construction of new pattern of traditional C hinese medicine diagnosis and treatment based on the technology of Internet of things and multidimensional topological data analysis and form a new network health service cloud platform with Chinese medicine characteristics and intelligent health service identification system.2.Methods2.1 The instrument used in this study was four diagnostic auxiliary apparatus which was certificated by the State Food and Drug Safety Administration.To compare the differentiation results and four diagnostic information obtained by 60 cases of college students from Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine and 46 cases subjects from Dongzhimen Hospital and Dongfang Hospital To analyze digitized and quantitative diagnostic information and identification results of 30 cases Chinese medicine Department from Shanghai Changhai Hospital and summarize the identification results of four diagnostic information.2.2(1)Literature analysis:using the method of literature retrieval,through the analysis of the subject group in recent years in four synthetic parameter auxiliary diagnosis key techniques in the research process and results,and recent domestic for diagnostic objectification process results,draw lessons from them for in the new medical mode feasibility and application of analysis,for the writing of this paper provide theoretical basis;(2)Induction and subdivision:to get to the subjects of digital,quantitative diagnostic information for analysis and comparative study,the main use of Microsoft Excel software for data processing and application of spss20.0 statistical analysis,using measurement and counting for different data,as well as comparative analysis of consistency.3.Results3.1(1)To compare the identification results between TCM physician diagnosis results and four diagnostic auxiliary apparatus.According to the diagnostic criteria,clinical doctor of traditional Chinese medicine of 46 subjects syndrome classification:6 cases of liver kidney yin de ficiency,Qi and yin deficiency syndrome in 10 cases,excessive heat injuring fluid in 14 cases,dampness-heat accumulation syndrome in 15 cases,1 case of deficiency of both yin and yang;identification results of four diagnostic auxiliary apparatus:8 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency,qi and yin deficiency syndrome in 7 cases,excessive heat injuring fluid in 15 cases,dampness-heat accumulatidn syndrome in 14 cases,deficiency of both yin and yang in 2 cases.Consistency test:Kappa=0.796>0.75,which indicated that identification results of four diagnostic auxiliary apparatus is highly consistent with the TCM physician diagnosis results.(2)The results of the combination of digital and quantitative subjective and objective:consumptive thirst(kidney and yin insufficiency syndrome)in 8 cases,consumptive thirst(lung heat and fluid consumption syndrome)in 4 cases,consumptive thirst(lung heat,fluid consumption&qi deficiency syndrome)in 6 cases,consumptive thirst(intense stomach heat syndrome)in 5 cases,consumptive thirst(both yin and qi deficiency syndrome)in 7 cases,consumptive thirst(spleen deficiency with dampness retention syndrome)in 9 cases,consumptive thirst(middle-energizer dampness-heat syndrome)in 5 cases,consumptive thirst(both yin and yang deficiency syndrome)in 2 cases.(3)30 patients had 6 HCC syndrome types:qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,food and turbid obstruction syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and stasis synrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,and liver yin deficiency syndrome.Compared with HCC group,pulse frequency,fluency,and heart rate of normal group were a bit higher than HCC group,without statistical significance(P>0.05);There was statistical significance on pulse pressure strength,tightness,heart rate variability and pulse wave velocity between the normal group and HCC group(P<0.05).3.2 Health status identification was taken among Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine students and clients,that 50 cases were in sub-healthy state,the stagnation of liver Qi type(17 cases),in the heat of type(6 cases),Qi deficiency type(5 cases),deficiency of both qi and Yin(8),heart fire type(14 cases).Stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver and heart fire were most common types,followed by the type of deficiency of Qi and yin deficiency.Stagnation of liver type subjects pulse was mainly string,the tongue of heart fire type got prick.3.3 This paper discusses the construction of a new type of TCM diagnosis and treatment mode based on the Internet of things technology and multi-dimensional topological data processing technology.4.Conclusion4.1The results from digitized and quantitative diagnostic auxiliary apparatus were consistent with that from clinical doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,which were the application of further exploration and study of four diagnostic auxiliary instrument in clinical study,andfinally obtained more favorable data in the application of clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.The data gained from 46 consumptive thirst cases by using four diagnostic auxiliary apparatus has increased the database information of four diagnostic methods of the integration and inno vation system,and provided the support to summary and collection of the information of digital and objectification of TCM diagnosis and treatment system Through digitized and quantitative diagnostic information acquisition and identification of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)subjects that hepatocellular carcinoma were examined in pulse and tongue and normal characteristics of performance,so as to helping digitized and quantitative diagnostic auxiliary apparatus with some clinical diseases of primary screen application.4.2 Studying health identification application of the four diagnostic methods of diagnosis and treatment technology,to discuss the four diagnosis auxiliary system application in "preventive treatment of disease" theory,the standard and the distribution law of different syndrome types in sub health state.Hence it would provide some objective basis and the corresponding guidance for four diagnostic auxiliary apparatus in the model of community health care and primary health care development.4.3 Exploring traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)new treatment model based on networking technology and multi-dimensional topological data processing technology is the specific application of digital,quantitative diagnostic integration and combination of technology.After the baptism of the technology change with times,traditional Chinese medicine treatment equipment will eventually go to cloud processing platform to serve the public medical pattern.Around the micro end and data processing is one of the key techniques in the future modernization of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of major technical support to the fusion of multi information for the characteristics of the Chinese digital diagnosis platform will is the main direction of future Chinese new treatment model.Key technology of micro platform and big data processing technoligy is the main technical support for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Fusion of multi-information for the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment platform will be the main direction of the future of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment mode.
