| Objective:Through the improved dressing and fixation method,we try to explore a more standardized and simple dressing and fixation method with a lower incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.Method:In this study,72 patients with traditional Chinese medicine external hemorrhoidectomy and internal ligation were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group.36 patients in each group were treated with improved dressing and fixation method and common dressing and fixation method respectively after operation. The other treatments were the same. The anal edema and pain of the two groups were observed and scored on the first defecation and the 7th day after operation,as well as the first postoperative micturition, bleeding after the first defecation were observed and scored. The data are analyzed by SPSS23.0 softwareResult:Between the two groups, there was no marked discrepancy in age, gender, operation time and the number of anal incision(P>0.05).And the scores of anal edema and pain were significantly different between the observation group and control group(P<0.05),the observation group was better than the control group. At the same time, the first postoperative micturition and ble-eding after the first defecation in the observation group were superior to the control group, and the scores were statistically different(P<0.05).Concludion:The improved dressing and fixation method can reduce the incidence and severity of postoperative anal edema, and the postoperative complications such as pain, bleeding, dysuria and so on can also be signifi-cantly reduced. It provides a simple, convenient, cheap and effective way for clinical dressing and fixation of hemorrhoids, which is worthy of clinical expansion. |
