Analysis Of Curative Effect Of VERSALOK Anchor In The Treatment Of Acute Ⅲ Degree Injury Of Medial Collateral Ligament Of Knee

Objective: To analyze the curative effect of VERSALOK anchor in the treatment of acute third degree injury of medial collateral ligament of knee joint,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of medial collateral ligament injury of knee joint.Method: From September 2018 to February 2020,55 patients with third degree injury of medial collateral ligament of knee joint were selected from the Department of Orthopaedics,Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University: 29 patients in group A(VERSALOK anchor),including 15 males and 14 females;There were 26 patients in group B(FASTIN anchor),including 17 males and 9 females.All patients underwent standardized functional exercise after operation and were followed up regularly.The follow-up time was 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation.Lysholm knee function score and the International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)subjective function score were used to score the knee joint function of patients at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation.The operation time and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.All data were analyzed by statistical software.Result: All patients were followed up for 12-14 months,and the incisions in both groups healed in the first stage.There was no significant difference in preoperative general data such as age,sex,injury factors and disease site between the two groups(P > 0.05);There were 2 cases of complications in group A,the incidence rate was6.90%,and 4 cases of complications in group B,the incidence rate was 15.38%.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups(P > 0.05);The operation time of group A was 27.41 ± 2.75 minutes,and that of group B was 28.85 ± 3.25 minutes.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);Lysholm knee function scores at 1 month,3months,6 months and 12 months after operation were 51.14 ± 3.53,72.83 ± 5.02,91.17 ± 5.15,98.45 ± 1.76 in group A,and 48.05 ± 4.13,68.81 ± 4.44,86.62 ± 3.10,97.69 ± 1.96 in group B,respectively.There was a statistical difference between the two groups at 1 month,3 months and 6 months(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference at 12 months(P > 0.05);The scores of subjective function of knee joint were 50.17 ± 3.04,78.14 ± 3.55,90.97 ± 2.75,97.79 ± 1.63 in group A and 46.92 ±3.45,70.31 ± 3.20,87.73 ± 2.39,96.96 ± 2.24 in group B at 1 month,3 months and 6months after operation.There was significant difference between the two groups at 1month,3 months and 6 months(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference at12 months(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.VERSALOK anchor has obvious early effect in the treatment of acute third degree injury of medial collateral ligament of knee.2.VERSALOK anchor is beneficial to early rehabilitation training of patients and promotes the recovery of knee joint function.
