Clinical Observation Of Modified Erxian Decoction Combined With Fenmatong In Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome Of Hepatorenal Insufficiency

Object:This project intends to study the curative effect of the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with the addition and subtraction of Erxian Decoction combined with fenmetone,by comparing and observing the improvement of serum sex hormone levels,Kupperman score,TCM symptoms after treatment.The clinical curative effect of Erxian Decoction is to guide clinical medication,we hope our research is helpful to the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 complete cases were collected for they met the enrollment criteria of this research project.Of course they were treated in the outpatient department of Jiangsu Hospital on Integrated of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2020 to January 2021.According to the principle of random number table,the collected patients were divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with the addition and subtraction of Erxian Decoction combined with fenmetone,and the control group was treated with oral fenmetone.After three courses of treatment,we will comprehensively evaluat the curative effect of those patients who were taken in the group based on the TCM syndrome score,Kupperman score,and serum sex hormone level.Also we will evaluate the improvement of perimenopausal syndrome before and after medication.Results:1.Comparison of sex hormone-related indicators between the two groups of patients:After the treatment of fenmetone and modified Erxian decoction combined with fenmetone,the E2 of the treatment group and control group were both significantly increased,while the follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were decreased obviously.Comparing the data of sex hormone-related indicators before treatment with the data of sex hormone-related indicators after treatment,the P value was lower than 0.05,indicating that the serum sex hormone levels of the two groups have been significantly improved after drug treatment no matter which drug was used.However,after drug treatment the P value of E2 changes in the treatment group through comparing with the control group is higher than 0.05,suggesting that in the improvement of serum E2 levels,the difference between the treatment group and the control group is not significant.However,after drug treatment the P value of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the treatment group through comparing with the control group is lower than 0.05,suggesting the improvement of the treatment group in terms of the improvement of serum follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels Better than the observation group,the difference is significant.2.Comparison of Kupperman comprehensive scores between the treatment group and the control group of patients:Before using drug treatment,the result of comparing the Kupperman scores of the reatment group and the control group is that P is higher than 0.05,indicating that the difference in the Kupperman scores between the treatment group and the control group of patients before treatment had no significant impact on the results of the study.The result also indicate that the two groups can be compared.After drug treatment,the comparison of Kupperman score between the reatment group and the control group,P<0.05,suggests that the improvement of Kupperman score in the enrolled cases after drug treatment changes more obviously in the treatment group than in the control group.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients:After drug treatment,the scores of the main symptoms in the TCM symptoms between the treatment group and the control group of patients dropped obviously,and there was a statistical difference between before treatment and after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the improvement effect of the main symptom score of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group.For the comparison of each sub-symptom of the TCM syndrome,the comparison of symptoms such as hot flashes and sweating,insomnia,dreaminess,backache and leg weakness,five upset fever after treatment,constitutes a statistical difference(P<0.05),suggesting that after treatment,The improvement of these five symptoms was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group,but compared with the symptoms of irritability,depression,dysphoria,dry mouth and throat,and dry stool,the difference did not constitute statistical significance(P>0.05),suggesting that after drug treatment,there is no significant change in the improvement of these five sub-symptoms in the treatment group compared with the control group.After the drug treatment,the difference in the total score of TCM syndromes constitute statistical significance(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group.Conclusion:Modified Erxian Decoction combined with Fenmatol has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with liver and kidney deficiency.It is mainly manifested in reducing the TCM syndrome score,lowering the Kupperman score,increasing estrogen,lowering FSH,lowering the level of LH,and there are no obvious side effects.Further research on its mechanism of action can be carried out.
