| Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Yishen Gengnian Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver hyperactivity,to understand the improvement of tonifying liver and kidney,nourishing yin and reducing fire on the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome(kidney deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome),systematically observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Gengnian Decoction and evaluate its safety.Methods: A total of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were willing to accept the treatment in this study were selected from the gynecological clinic and inpatient department of Yueyang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Hunan Province from December 2020 to December 2021.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group took 150 ml Yishen Gengnian decoction,twice a day,and the control group was given 2G Kuntai Capsule orally,three times a day.The two groups took 7-10 days for each course of treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated after three courses of treatment.If the patient has regular menstruation,take one menstrual cycle as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.If the patient has irregular menstruation,take one month as a course of treatment,a total of 3courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the Kupperman score,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results: There were 72 patients in this study.After 3 courses of treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,Kupperman score and sex hormone level of the two groups in the comprehensive curative effect of liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome of menopausal syndrome were compared with those of each group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Both groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the TCM syndrome score and Kupperman score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P;In the comparison of changes in sex hormone levels,the levels of E2 and FSH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P;No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.In terms of the overall curative effect of the two groups,2 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective and 2cases were ineffective in the observation group,with a total effective rate of91.67%,and 1 case was cured,12 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective in the control group,with a total effective rate of 72.22%.The difference in the total physical therapy efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Yishen Gengnian decoction can effectively treat perimeno pausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver hyperactivity.It has si gnificant advantages in comprehensive curative effect and maintenance of sex hormone level.It has high safety and is worthy of further po pularization and application. |
